EVERYTIME I come to this location no matter what time of day it is theirs always a line out the door. You have 1 employee at the counter and she moves so slow. She doesn’t care how long the line is she’s going to her pace she doesn’t accommodate the people with a “sorry for your wait” or nothing. You’re just standing there for however long. This location is so RUDE and it’s sad because it’s in a prime location. Ugh to anybody who’s reading this go to the Richmond ave location they’re faster.

Worst post office in the US ! Avoid if you can. No respect for customer’s packages. It seems that when I have a credit card and important tax papers coming, It never got delivered even though the mail report show that it will be delivered that day. It never made it. Had to call the credit card company to cancel and get shipped to another address. Someone there is committing identity theft. Management needs to investigate!

Worst location for USPS. Staff is very rude. They will not help and very disrespectful to the customers. No matter how long the line gets the staff there will be still slow and just sit. Worst customer service!!!!

They didn't scan packages I dropped off for over a week. I had to call customer service and spend several hours on the phone to make them look for the packages (they ended up finding them). You can't scan your packages at the counter at this location and the kiosk won't give you an acceptance scan, which is not very good for a small business like mine. Overall a very dissatisfying experience.

This lady doesn't want to actually do work. She's literally printing labels out for ppl to ship things but then looks up and says ... The printers are down ... How many times can you lie to customers... If u don't want to do your actual job ... Get a new one. This is ridiculous, this is the third time in a month. Smh

Avoid this post office at all cost! Nobody works here; they have been having technical difficulties with their printer for weeks also you can only use the self service kiosk for shipping. It’s a joke! They all have attitude to do anything.

That is a DHL package from Germany with a $1000 handmade cuckoo clock inside. Carried on top of the head and just thrown down at our door. Fire this “employee” immediately. Do people not report this behavior? This post office is habitual for this type of behavior. Bottom of the barrel as far as post offices go. Just awful.

A review of one star is too high for this place. Whoever is in charge of this post office should be fired. Homeless people meet you at the door asking for money, tradh bins overflowing . If you go past 6 pm or at night to check your PO box, there's at least one homeless person sleeping in the corner very scary and dangerous. They turned the air down to 50° in the summer. Waste of taxpayers money. This place should be closed. I will be canceling my PO box, not worth a $165 a year. I value life to much.Customer service ? Forget it slow and rude is all you get. Take that and dont come back . Oh and dont ring the customer servive bell in main lobby you will bother them or wake them up lol. This place should be condemned.

Extremely unhelpful staff and poor management. Only one service clerk available during peak holiday season. After asking for assistance with my PO box, I was literally laughed at and told to come the next business day, only to wait in line for 30 minutes with no help.

Every negative review is true here. I come to this location 2-3 times a week and am shocked they haven’t been shut down or investigated/helped to improve. It’s actually wild. Always 1 person working with a line out the door. 0 sense of urgency. Rude. The self-service kiosk NEVER works. I come to ship with priority QR codes as do many others. It hasn’t been working for a month now. Half the line would use it if it worked. This is by far the worst office I’ve ever been to and unfortunately is the most convenient.Really wish they’d at least fix the machine to alleviate wait times.

Clerk 26 today... My advice is that you find a career that brings you joy. This isn't it, and it shows. I wish they had a computer and a scale I could've used for my package. Would've been a lot more pleasant to walk up to a machine avoid the disgruntled attitude (they have a machine that's broken). I usually print my labels at home, but I wasn't able to today. I've received better service at other locations but this one is closer to my home. A shame too. Rude and intentionally unhelpful.

This was THE worst experience in 36 years and a shame. Tremaine at this location was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. It was painful just to understand what options I had for mailing out a package. Why? It’s insane that someone hired her for this job. You are there to SERVE people not dish rudeness especially around the holidays.

The attendances at the service desk were very efficient in getting customers serviced making sure there package(s) were being shipped as desired. Appreciate the great service!

Worst post office customer service at a very busy PO. Sometimes they open on time. Sometimes not. Usually only one (unqualified) clerk working. While the other 4 windows are empty. Or the popular clerk just sitting on their phone with their window closed. Garbage

their system is “down” almost every week. and they don’t fix it for weeks. came last week to try to print prepaid labels with QR codes and their system was down. came back this week and it’s still down. last time this happened it was down for almost two weeks. seems like they don’t want to fix it so they don’t have to work.
