No one ever knows anything, it has been a month and we still have no mail delivered to our box. Who knows where our mail is 🤦♀️

1 of the WORST usps location that I have been to. The cashiers have some kind of ATTITUDE. NOT COURTEOUS to the customers! I sent a certified, 1st class mail on 04/01/2025. It was scheduled to be delivered on 04/03/2025. I have been tracking it and STILL is In TRANSIT, and has NOT BEEN DELIVERED as of 04/15/2025

I put a mail hold in for 1 month they said I had no mail I went to my old apartments and they had all my mail the lady not putting in no request she is rude asf just getting paid for nothing pretty much like this is crazy

This has to be the most ghetto , stank smelling , ratchet talking post office in the whole city. The workers especially Julia don't even know what's going on. Here is my incident that happen today. I walk in to apparently interrupt Julia from watching Tiktok video so she was highly pist. I ask her about sending out an important letter I specifically said it doesn't have to be overnight. She smacks her lips so ghetto and says it HAS to be overnighted & that's MY ONLY OPTION. Which I knew wasn't true but I wasn't about to argue with her she is way older than I am so I wasn't going to go there with her. So I began filling out the priority paperwork because she said that was my only option. When a another lady walked in asking her the exact same thing and she had the nerve and audacity to tell her yeah you can send yours 3 days and it's much cheaper. She didn't have a bad nasty attitude with this lady & yes it was because they knew each other or something. I turned my head like the exorcist when she told her it would only cost her $9.95 compared to my $30.45 she is a liar. And to act like that was appropriate customer service is blasphemy. She is a rude worker and needs to be addressed about it but like I said I'm not about to have words with a worker when there is higher management that needs to be addressed. They are the ones tolerating such unprofessional behavior in a workplace that strives for customer satisfaction. As an employer I would definitely get her some better training and document what is happening. This is a reflection of the USPS not the nawfside of Houston. I would expect better service and fair customer service. This worker Julia wasn't only incorrect about pricing & information about services she was on her phone watching tiktok videos when she should have been cleaning the lobby or something productive. It was a stank smell when I walked in the door like a dirty fish tank and it was only 2 people marinating in the lobby. I can't say where the smell originated from but if the workers would have been cleaning it probably wouldn't be funky like a gym locker room. I am disappointed & highly dissatisfied with the service I received today. If she doesn't want her job or appreciate the position in which she is worker maybe it's time she is replaced with someone who wants to service the customers on behalf of the USPS . This is disgraceful having people with such repulsive attitudes and uncooperative communication skills. The body language speaks volumes. What person you know rolls their eyes , smacks their lips , twists their face up like they ate lemons & sighs like they ran 2 miles ....Julia just ask her a question and see if 2 or more happen. That isn't professional mannerisms when all you ask for was a pen to write with. Whoever employed her has to be a family or close friend because ain't no way. Inconclusion I will do my best not to come back to this location because it's just not worth my time & hassle. Someone does seriously need to see the reason why this location only has 1 Star reviews because it's completely garbage.

Some ladies refuse to help you. They did not attempt to deliver my package, set it ready for pickup when the office is closed, go early in the morning to pick it up, and suddenly it's back in the delivery truck again. Happened twice in a row. They unfortunately are not here to help you, just the bare minimum.

I never received my package I ordered and this USPS office marked delivered. I work from home. I seen the driver drive off and nothing was in my mailbox. Went to the post office and placed a claim just to ended up no where. They referred me to J Crew where I bought it from. Ridiculous, you can't even trust the post office. I have never had any issues with any other delivery service before. This is a prime example why ppl go outside of our neighborhood for services and businesses close down in this area.
