Today is April 29 I get to the post office at 4: 58pm just to put my car and parking take me the 2 bags I'm going to send it pass maybe 1 minute when I get to the door it was 5:00 They're like a six people in line with the package and the stuff they going to send it when I step on the line the guy and the counter start screaming we close and I was like yeah it's just going to drop this two bags but I need to ask you yes or simple question no you hear what I say we close with a serious attitude and I told him sir may I ask you a question if you're not going to drop the back and leave we already closed I'm already told you that's what he say he don't let me ask nothing and I told him that's not the right way to treat that people especially when it's a government offi

I do wish this location had a drop box at the front. I am usually dropping off packages and I can quickly do that by walking in and setting on the counter. The cashiers are friendly when I ask questions and the people at the package pickup door are always nice and have a good sense of humor.

Terrible place. Workers are the rudest people you can come across. One of the workers Chrystal cursed me out like level 10. Then today another worker cursed at me. The lack of supervision these workers have is unexplainable. The fact that they remain to work there after the constant negative comments towards them is insane. The front desk workers have no respect and no professionalism towards USPS customers.

The ladies at the counter were really sweet and helped save me some money, as I was shipping internationally and was going to use the wrong-sized box. I found she was very helpful I just wish I could remember her name! I would love for her to get the credit she deserves. She is fast and efficient with a kind demeanor.

No customer service at all ! The African American lady that was there today around 12 noon , has a very ugly attitude. Very rude and ugly !

Trash place for service the main person is the manager there she gives you an attitude but changes once you report her the employees don't give they should fire the manager there period get better management
