1 star missing because it was so hard to find, no signs posted anywhere and did not show up in the directory. For anyone that may need, it is located in the food court downstairs, past the salon and towards the restrooms. Once I got there John gave me the best customer service! He is a natural with interacting with customers, just an amazing example of how customer service should be!

This post office is in the *underground* Greenway Plaza Foodcourt. Though it runs limited hours, it's currently further limited and only open 10:50am - 12:50pm M - F, as of April 2018.
