Left my ebay package at this location and my package is lost before it was scanning into the transit tacking. How careless staffs would be to make a mistake like this

Service was great! Friendly and efficient. I had a hard time finding it. Look in the food court down the hall next to Antone's.

This post office is in the *underground* Greenway Plaza Foodcourt. Though it runs limited hours, it's currently further limited and only open 10:50am - 12:50pm M - F, as of April 2018.

I lost my important document at this USPS office. The register mail was not even being scanned. Don't even bother to go there for nothing.

Rude. Spends 15 mins with a customer who was choosing stamps and when asked, she was rude.

Wish there was a zero star. It's better than it was when the Spanish speaking woman was there. She hated any male and especially white males. The people that staff it now really don't give a rip about customer service. No smiles. No thank you after a transaction. I'm not sure when all this changed. Years ago (60's, 70's), that attitude did not exist in the small town where I grew up. Does now.

The absolute worse USPS location, might as well close it down permanently!! The posted hours are so random (10:50-12, or something like that) and only open for ONE hour out of the day. Even during the one hour they are open, no one is usually there 90% of the time. How do expect 20+ businesses to receive their mail/packages??? I'm actually confused as to how they've been able to get away with this for so long. They constantly post a bogus sign stating that their "computers are down". Something has got to change or the mailman assigned to this location needs to personally deliver packages to each office. So Terrible! I actually had a USPS employee down there tell me to have my coworkers stop sending there personal packages there. UM WHAT???? It's actually laughable at this point. Greenway management need to do something about this ASAP. So unprofessional.

Website and sign on door both posted that the post office would be opened at 10:45am. There are 8+ folks standing in line for 20 mins or more. No sight of postal worker opening the facility until 11:06am. She apologized profusely a few times and was very nice. My transaction took about 2-3 minutes.

It's a bit tricky to find. Enter the 3 Greenway plaza building and go downstairs to the underground tunnel area. You'll walk into passage leading to a food court. You can ask vendors for directions or take a very short wander til you find an open seating area with a conical glass pyramid skylight. Stand under the skylight and look around til you find the lone, smallish US Postal Service sign guiding you into the corridor to the postal area. It's there tucked away behind the post office boxes. I arrived at 11:30~ish and there was no line. The gent who assisted was nice and answered my q's. He was careful to tell me the cost of shipping before we concluded the transaction.
