The passport renewal process was an absolute nightmare, despite having my photos and payment sorted. I walk into the post office, ask for the renewal form, and get hit with a wave of attitude from the clerk-like I’m inconveniencing them by existing . Then, after painstakingly filling out the form, I ask a simple question to confirm I did it right, and the staff acts like I’m asking for their firstborn child-eye rolls, curt answers, the works. The form itself? A confusing mess with tiny print and vague instructions that practically beg for mistakes. Submitting it felt like throwing my application into a bureaucratic black hole, with zero reassurance it’d even be processed correctly. Not only that she didn't even tell me the address that I'm supposed to mail it to. She just told me to give her the documentation in an envelope. I'm thinking I'm the best customer they could have all the work was already done. It's just really upsets me that like if you don't like your job, don't work if you don't like your job What are you doing at a place that you serve the community? You would think that these people do not get paid by how upset they are. Someone really needs to investigate this place but I just don't know what it is every time I go to a USPS office. The people have so much attitude.

I had a passport appointment. The reasoning for my one star is the lady who assisted me was extremely rude. It’s one thing to have a bad attitude or tone as I understand sometimes it’s just a bad day, but she was blatantly rude and went out of her way to mock me as if I was dumb for a simple mistake I made on one of the forms that I was easily able to fix. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, and there was no reason for that. There was also a wait and I wasn’t seen until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, however this wouldn’t have bothered me if the worker hadn’t been rude as well.

Terribly slow service. They refuse to print the labels. Just don’t waste your time

There was a line of 2 people, to renew a passport, it was the walk-in time. The lady said she was too stressed out, to handle TWO people and that we needed to leave and go to another location. An employee with such a bad attitude should be fired.

I went to this USPS location to get my fingerprints taken and also to send out federal documents. The lady who took my fingerprints was very nice and accommodating -- I will definitely go back to get my passport photo taken. Maybe others who rated low were going for different reasons, but my experience was great.

Very Slow. Very hot. Unorganized priority boxes led to me having to pay more money.

It is concerning that fewer Post Offices are now closed on Saturdays. Some Post Offices have closed down for good. What used to be of convenience, is now becoming increasingly inconvenient! Government run businesses are going downhill, quickly! Look and take notice, and remember next time you cast your ballot!!
WE ARE NOT GOING BACK!!!

Ms. Barbara was noticeably rude when I asked for assistance with placing the address labels on a 2-day express envelope. She told me to do it myself, citing that she was alone and short-staffed. I had paid for four labels but was only given three, and when I politely pointed out the discrepancy, she became upset.
While I completely understand the challenges of being short-staffed, I believe every customer deserves respectful and professional service. It may be helpful to consider assigning additional support to that area or addressing this concern directly to ensure a better experience for others moving forward.

I wish I had seen the other comments about passport services before making my appointment here. Even if you have an appointment they will make you wait because they are short staffed. The lady helping postal customers has to do passport services at the same time. They do not take walk-ins. There are better locations to go, this location is just short staffed.

Don’t come here for Passport services. They do not take walk ins. It is listed on their website the time they take walk ins and on the huge banner in front of the door.
Again, they do not take walk ins for passport services.
Also, the person doing passports on 3/21/2025 was very mean and unhelpful. There was only one other person in the post office, so it was very empty and she could have helped with more information.

This is the worst place ever! They are incredibly slow, they don’t care and on top of that, super rude. I was there for over one hour… ONE HOUR just to get a money order. If you are on a tight schedule do yourself a favor and don’t stop by this place. If you do… you will refuse it.

The customer service at this location is excellent. I needed a passport application and the assistance was top tier. Management at this location is excellent.
