I adore the ladies at this post office! I have been coming here for a few months to mail packages more often than in the past. They are always here to assist. During the holidays, the lines can be long. But, that is to be expected b/c people tend to wait until the last minute to ship things. I came in today to mail a package overseas and within 5 -7 minutes, the woman had the stickers ready for print, address verified, customs forms reviewed! I was so happy because it was a long day. Hopefully, they will read this positive review because they deserve it. I do not ship packages with any other post office in Houston!My one complaint would be that the supplies for purchase such as tape should be better stocked. However, one time I came in and forgot my tape and they had two rolls of tape accessible for all customers.Also, in my visits to the post office over the past 2-3 weeks, I've always seen someone getting their passport picture. Even today, there was a couple families getting their picture taken.

Terrible. 1 person working all the time. Takes forever to get anything done here. They move the line way too slow. Can hear other employees talking and laughing behind a wall. But, they can’t come out and help the line move faster.

Unfortunately there are zero consequences for these useless government employees. They’d be fired at any other job. I’d like to think other locations are not run as poorly as this one. The entire place needs a management overhaul.

I wish I'd read the reviews!! The black passport woman decided to take a 2 hour lunch break and was 20 min late to my appoinment for FBI fingerprinting. Then she made me wait another 30 minutes as she handled the huge queue created by her absence. At 2:35 PM she finally saw me after an hour of glaring at her. Never again!

Packages was supposed be delivered to home, then tracking said to ready for pick up at post office. I get here unable to locate package! ? USPS mail service is not the same. Horrible service, staffed however inadequate!

If there was an option for zero stars, I'd use it. You shouldn't have to wait over an hour to send a package, or utilize passport services after you've made an appointment. The only thing the staff was concerned about, was taking thier breaks, and throwing attitude. Guess that's what I should expect from a government run service.

Severley understaffed with some bald guy complaining about needing to take a break. I dont care, no one cares - you sit at a desk all day so just do your job. Shouldn’t take 20 minutes to try and mail something off when there are only 2 people in line.

PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS AND DO NOT COME HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTO SERVICE! It seems their camera “hasn’t been working” for months (see others’ reviews below). We booked a passport appointment for our newborn son at this location and specifically verified that they provide photo service. After waiting in line for a while the lady at the counter informed us that they can’t take photos because nobody there knows how to set it up! Then why do you keep taking photo appointments? What a disappointment. I wasn’t expecting much from USPS, but this has sunken to a new low. They truly don’t care!

I had two important pieces of mail that were not delivered. The first, a significant one, had been missing for over a week, while the other, a crucial mail, had been undelivered within that week. I went to check on them, and the staff was very courteous. They spent 15 minutes in the back and successfully located the crucial mail for me. They couldn't explain why the delivery staff failed to deliver it in the first place, but I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue. Many thanks.

I moved into a new address. I filled out moving form from another location which was not entered in the system. Therefore, all my mails continued to deliver to old address. I spoke with a manager at Timmons office and he called Dione (delivery mail lady) to check into it. Dione is my new address mail delivery person. She was very sweet and helpful. After talking and explaining to Dione about my mail delivery issues from an old address, she went to the old address and retrieved all my mail and deliver to my new address the same. Kudos to the Manager and Dione for a wonderful customer service!

The idiots keeps both drop-off boxes locked. Don’t waste your time going to drop off packages after hours even it the label machine works just fine.

Do not visit this location for passport services. As others have mentioned in older reviews, passport staff will no-show. The line is out the door with people growing more frustrated with the lack of passport staff. People in front of us have been waiting even longer.
