Their working procedure is clear and efficient, and the phone-call operator is very patient and she knows and explains clearly how the whole delivery procedure goes. My package arrived in time they promised. And after that, because I had called them to request the status update, they called me back to confirm my reception. Very warm experience!

It is terrible. My green card was supposed to be sent to my location but it was not and then when I checked the Website I found that it was sent to my old location in Florida even though I changed the location and it got approved. We contacted the owner of the old location he said there is nothing in the mail and he did claim. They said it was delivered and they can't do anything. We made a claim again and then they said it was delivered to our recent location, but there was nothing. We made a claim several times and every time they say it was delivered and we can't do anything else. So now we have to pay for a new green card and they refuse to give us a letter that they have lost it and I am the one who is responsible and I have to pay for the new one. If I could give them less than zero I would have done it.

I went to the office at 3:00pm today (June 3, 2025), but office was closed. According the postal office website, it should close at 5:00pm.

Never open when it's supposed to be. Extremely frustrating. Too many attempts to go here to be disappointed and having to find a different USPS

The mail carrier continues to leave our personal mail outside of the mailboxes where anyone can get to it, we are constantly reporting the issue to this facility and nothing is being done about it. Also we won’t have a mail carrier for days.

Worst post office ever! They even lose express packages! They are unapologetic when they lose your express packages. Do not send anything important through them.

I had the most frustrating experience with the postal service. Their advertised operating hours are completely misleading and a complete waste of time. I showed up during what was supposed to be their open hours, only to find the doors locked and no one in sight. It’s incredibly deceptive for them to claim they’re open during certain times when they’re clearly not. This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable, and it's clear they don't value their customers' time. I won’t be relying on them again anytime soon. Avoid if you need anything done on time!
