I would like to leave no stars. This place needs to be shut down. They do not care about customers. Two things happened to me at a week apart. 1. Needed to mail out a letter, went there and asked for an envelope and lady said in a rude way that they didnt have any. How can the usps not have envelopes. Left without being able to send my letter out. 2. Went in today to ship back a package. Needed to buy the label and tape the bag closed. They couldnt provide me with the tape, said they didnt have any but i could clearly see the tape gun in a table behind the guy. Then goes to tell me that all packages need to be taped up before i go in there. Im a working citizen and dont have the tape needed to tape the bag shut so im thinking since usps is a shipping and receiving place then they could help me out with that but i guess not. Label, guy tells me that i need to write who im sending the package to and where its coming from on the bag itself. Correct me if im wrong but isnt that what the label is for. That is clearly whats on the label from when i received the package myself. I pointed this out and guy got mad and got rude by saying that that didnt matter i still had to physically write it down, which is stupid cause then it defeats the purpose of the shipping label. Just HORRIBLE, stay away. I know these are things I could have taken care of on my own but they should still have the materials needed to help out their customers if they need it.

Never open on the hours it states . Never answer any calls even when transferred directly . Are yall hiring ? So I can apply and make structure there . I will make a complaint to the city of Houston about our neighborhood postal service in a heart beat . After how many years as this place been like this !? Sad

Moved to the neighborhood serviced by this post office 6 months ago. Since we moved, every single package delivered through USPS has been obviously opened and tampered with. Not small rips or tears, obvious slashing open of tape or bag. The most recent time (A total of 4 times this has happend now), I had some pain medication delivered among other things, the bag itself was cut open and the box for the meds was ripped open as well as the box of another item in the bag. Another time, I had some drill bits delivered and the bag was again cut open and the drill bits were stolen. It is clear someone employed with the USPS is doing this regularly and with malicious intent. Avoid living in this area or your mail will be tampered with on a regular basis.

I went to ask for my package that wasn’t delivered a week had passed already , , they couldn’t even find anything in the system , they didn’t know what to do , my package was delivered in to a diferent usps office. I called to the 180o number and they told me that my package was going to be re delivered to their Post office and them bring the package to me ,, last time they scanned my package was at these post office , but they couldn’t find anything?? I believe they’re not even prepared to be in that work position 🥱🥱, where”s my package ????? I’m still waiting for it 😡😡😡😡

Went to drop off a package noticed the postal employee was complaining to the customer he was helping that he just came up there to relieve the employee and he was handed a slip for a package he had to look for. Why would you complain to a customer especially when it's that customer's package.

Was there after 10:30 today and the sign on the front door and on the lobby door inside both said it was open at 9:00 a.m. but the door was locked, the lights are off. How about putting a sign up saying the lobby is closed or something if you're not going to be open so people don't waste their time getting out of their cars and walking through the whole building for nothing.

I have had two different packages come up missing in 1 week from here.1st they said an animal interference. I don’t have any pets, then they said they left it on the side of my garage I don’t have a garage. It’s a inside thief going on or careless employees . But by God’s grace they are going to be exposed today.. I am about to get the news cameras rolling on them. Where is my garage?? And Tonya full of crap with her fake concerns.

I understand now why this location has the ratings that it has. I've had 2 packages missing in one week. I spoke with the supervisor, and he basically stated nothing they could do. I needed to file a claim online. Long story short, I strongly suspect this is an inside job - an employee doing this. Mr. Patrick Pye is great and always helpful. Too bad I can't say that for the rest of the team there. Beware.

They are no help I get a message saying my mail wasn’t able to be sent because of incorrect address I spoke with the lady and showed her my message so that I could correct my envelope and she says it’s a scam message how is it a scam when it’s sending me to the official website.

Unprofessional office. It does not adhere to the schedule. It's 9:35am and the office is still closed. Not the first time this has happened. Poor service. I would give them a zero not a 1 star. Horrible customer service.
