came today at 4:20 pm and the office was closed 40 minutes before the closing time. No message, no explanation for the reason. There were other people who came to the office angry for their waisted time. This location unlike others does not offer after hours drop-off service. Terrible

So first off I came here and I dropped off a mail in there mail box. I dropped the envelope off 4 weeks ago today. I go up there after week 2 because my grandma said she still hasn’t received the mail yet. So basically the lady I spoke too proceeded to tell me that it was no proof I actually dropped the mail off and how they can’t track a stamp. I understand that. But my thing is why would I lie about some like that. So boom it’s now been 4 weeks and my grandma calls me yesterday and says the mail came , but the item I put inside was not inside. She said the mail was cut open. Someone at this postal office opened my mail and sent it to my grandma completely empty. They stole the gift card I put inside lmao cause I’m assuming they thought they were gonna use it. Do Not COME HERE FOR ANYTHING !

Line extra long n only person assisting everyone. I went to pick up keys for mailbox n they said that I had to contact a locksmith.. this was almost 3 weeks after I placed the order. I had to go in person because they did not bother to call me or I would have never known. Now I have to fill out a refund form n I’m sure I will have a o wait 30 days for my refund.

The state of condition at this post office is a disgrace! How do you expect the employees to care if the postmaster does not maintain the build where they work. I grew up in this community and it’s unfortunate that this business allowed itself to get to this level of disrepair. A little bit of maintenance $ will turn this place around! Have a little pride and do the right thing. I expect more from my postmaster. Get it together or submit your resignation. This community deserves better!

They have “lost” our package several times (not really lost but they were actually trying to steal them & say it was lost but then realized that they were insured & was being tracked by us). Still waiting on today’s package delivery. I do have it insured & has multiple tracking numbers on it. Don’t even think about trying to steal anymore of our packages.

Worst place in the world. These people aren't helpful at all. They lost my package and told me they would get back to me in a few days, and it's been five business days with no response to emails or phone calls. I feel as if they recognized my number and blocked me. I surely dislike this place.
