Slow and the self service for labels almost never works. There's a lot of people working but for some reason there's only one person helping people. If I could I would rate 0 stars.

Shawn’s energy at this USPS location was awesome and welcoming — the kind of service that makes you want to come here instead of any other post office. While I was getting my mail handled, my NOVA vehicles were out earning me passive income. Great service and steady earnings all in the same trip. Follow my journey on IG: @drivewithnova 📬🚗💨

I'd give zero stars if I could. Maybe then the government would start vetting their employees better. What is this, a Popeyes? Why does it seem like the worst of the worst people working here? Rude, slow, unhelpful, and miserable all around. Now, before I go in on the post office themselves, I will be fair and say a lot of the frustration comes from people who come to use their services unnecessarily. I see alot of older folks come in to allegedly send money or send a letter thinking that's the best and only way of doing things (you guys have smart phones, use them..). The post office themselves have alot they need to fix. First off is the employees hands down things would go a lot smoother if they were nicer, helpful, and speedy. The packaging section is a joke they charge you for using the boxes, and most of the time, the tape is nowhere to be seen, so what's the point? I shipped out packages with batteries before and they never asked if the package had batteries or not, I informed them anyway only to be given the nastiest stank eye as if they didn't care and just brushed it off. I then noticed they didn't pick a battery warning label on my boxes. Aren't you supposed to do that? And for the love of all that's holy DO NOT come to the post office if it's your first time shipping or anything, newcomers are like kryptonite to these people. They will not help you and tell you to come back once you know what youre doing. Honestly with the amount of people that go to the post office every day theres not nearly enough people working there, theres a maximum of 4 lanes and thats best case scenario if all the staff aren't busy doing something else. Same problem with the DMV youre a government building you can afford to hire more people to meet demands cmon.. Every experience here has been a horrible one and the ratings speak for that. Fix the post office NOW

They may be busy but they are fast and take care of customers.

They never delivery packages that require signature. I work from home when I have to sign for my packages, and this location never actually delivers them. They don’t even drive up to my house. They claim to attempt delivery and then make you drive to their location to pick up the next day. Not sure why my neighborhood is zoned here when there are closer locations that are not nearly as slow, crowded, or rude as this one. Constantly ignoring the pickup doorbell too

This is an unacceptable delivery. Absolutely disgusted with how my nieces gift arrived to her from this USPS. The inconsistency with the delivery update was also subpar. I couldn’t figure out whether the package needed to be picked up or if they had dropped it off at my sister’s front steps. Whoever delivered it like this is absolutely foul and should have some damn shame.

No point in making an appointment. Only one person working the counter with a line out the door. The person working should be payed big money for doing the work of six people.

The most unorganized place. The workers have attitudes as if you made them work here. They move slow. Always having to find a package. Having full blown conversations that are inappropriate instead of working.

This location would be better if they installed an automated postal vending machine.

Today's date is July 12. The post office is open for those who have P.O. boxes there; however, the office is technically closed due to the power outage. I attached a photo for those who may think there is service at the office.
