It shouldn’t be any news why they are getting a 1 star review or lower than because NO ONE was in line to drop off my packages, and I’m next in line. The lady, I never really seen before until today, said you can just leave my packages 📦 on the side she’ll get it. Uh no, I’m literally next in line so why would I do that? I told her I need a receipt 🧾. She said I’ll can just drop off at the machine. Mind you, she finished with the guy in front of me! So, I ask you can’t give me a receipt 🧾. She’s like you just drop off at the machine on the side of the wall. So, I told her you not doing anything so I thought I can get a receipt from you. I never have to comment before , but it’s getting ridiculous now. One time we waited in this LOOOOONG in this Texas heat from the post office to open 20 MINUTES AFTER it was supposed to open. It’s plenty other times lately as well. Mind you, UPS and FedEx are laying people off do NOT think y’all invincible because y’all federal because they laying people off too. She needs to glad she still had a job and people need to mail their belongings to her with work.

I came here today and the office was closed and the lady came to the window and said that she would be with me.... I waited for1 hour and 45 minutes. People were banging on the door I stood there and waited... A man and the lady came back the man's name is Michael Johnson he started yelling at me like he was some kind of police officer or I was breaking the law take it I had been there almost 2 hours in the heat because there's no AC in there right now. He started getting very aggressive and he took another latest information in regards to her package and asked her for her phone number. I said sir I have Almost been here for 2 hours. Michael Johnson said to me I don't care how long you've been here you need to back up from the door... There is no need for this type of behavior At all whatsoever you can look at the camera footage so you can see how long I was there. How long the other young lady was there and I wanna say thank you to the lady that helped me finally. You do not ask people for their phone numbers just because I'm an older woman and she is a young girl in her 20s doesn't matter. It's very unprofessional and people like that should not be working with the public. He tried to hide his name and I do not think that it's right what Michael Johnson did which was disrespect me and yelled at me. I cannot believe what I just witnessed and what just happened to me at the Post Office I mail things daily because of a small business. None of the offices have ever had someone treat me the way that this man just treated me.

I came to take my finger print the First Lady told me to wait because the person in charge was taking their lunch which I did after 30mn another lady came and I asked her and she told me they don’t do that I can tell she was lying.They can do better.

It was a busy day on saturday and there was only one person working the desk. She kept a positive attitude the whole time. I went up and it was my first time shipping out and she helped me a lot and was very sweet and has amazing customer service. I asked her for her name it is Karmeshia, my apologies if i spelled it wrong but she was amazing!!!

I gave them a 1 rating because there is not a 0 star rating I gave been trying to get a package delivered and for some unknown reasons the package was to be at post office but when I got there the told me it was on the for delivery but now they don't know we're the package is I would love to see USPS CLOSE

Last time I was here the lady was in video chatting not providing service, was terrible! Today I’m was impressed how well and professional the staff was. Hope they keep them! 👍🏻

Put your patience on when you come here. They can’t even open their doors for business on time. (Over 10 minutes late)
Adding in that many of these delays are due to staffing, which is not within the locations control.

Very bad service!! Staff needs to be replace you come to get your mail ring the door bell and nobody comes front desk says keep ringing and they still don't come then they have a additude when you ask for help in the front desk..Always a issue here on Maxey

Poor service, rude people, and the door for pick up is ran by deaf people or just poorly looked after. I’d fire the whole department and start from scratch
