No one is assigned to answer the phones. The front desk people are nice but apparently there is a front office vs. back office/carriers and the capabilities of communication is nearly non-existent. There is no information that the front desk workers can pass along when I need to speak to anyone about scheduled mail pickups. It's very inefficient that the front desk people don't have contact information to provide about managers. I am told the manager is Ms. Hoyle but there's no way to contact her other than just coming in the morning and seeing if she is there/available. It seems like there's no accountability. It seems that the managers are not there to provide support to employees, we've seen them leaving while we're asking the employees for help that directly requires a manager's help and then all the employees can do is say that the manager is now gone and we have to come back another day. I can never get a straight answer from the employes. My small business unfortunately relies on USPS but there's no accountability at this post office. I don't even have a choice of which post office can help my business.
The postal carrier on my route scheduled for pickup daily has been told by a doctor to not lift but they won't assign a new carrier to my route but they know we have dozens of heavy packages that are needed to pick up every day. The carriers mark the scheduled pickups as completed even when they are not completed. It's a mess and there is no accountability.

They sent my medication back and forth between different processing stations and because I haven’t gotten it, on time, I’ve developed 3 more blood clots. All because they don’t give a crap about the people or their jobs and they know they won’t get into trouble!!!!! Well, this time, they put someone’s lives at risk and SOMEONE is getting fired and sued!!!!

I had one of the worst experiences at the post office today 77062 El Camino. I stood in a line with one person working the window, many people behind me. Eventually, another employee came out wearing at T/shirt that said “if you find me disrespectful, then stop finding me” , inappropriately dressed for the post office. That message set the tone for the service I received.
I informed her that I had 30 medium sized pre paid labeled boxes in my car and that I needed a cart to bring them in for scanning. She told me she couldn’t help me with a cart and to go to back dock, so I did.
At the dock, I waited again. When someone finally appeared, she asked why I was back there, and I explained that the lady at front counter told me to go there. She was very upset, but eventually brought out a cart and it was heavy and could fall over the broken dock. Then I was left alone to climb a four foot loading dock in heels and load 30 boxes myself. Several postal employees walked by without offering any assistance. Not one single person acknowledged how unsafe or inappropriate this was. Someone there walking by told me to next time dress in tennis shoes? I had no idea I was going to climb a dock. Unbelievable.
To make matters worse, seven hours later, none of the 30 packages are scanned in. I rely on the post office for my business and this was the first and now only time I will ever use this post office on El Camino 77062. This kind of negligence is unacceptable.
I would appreciate a response back immediately.

Needed to mail out my tax return (important!) on the last day after there was an issue with e-filing. Got here BEFORE they closed, but was told they closed early because there were too many people.

Package chute jammed shut, handle broken. Half the services on the self service machine didn't work.

This is not a post office but a house of criminal activity. I wanted to get debt free by paying my car note. The check in excess of $15,000 was siphoned off from the mail box, name changed and in the memo they wrote office rent payment and tried to cash it, my bank smelled something fishy, called me and labeled it as fraud.
Now just three weeks back I had mailed few checks to Minneapolis, I used certified mail got a tracking number but it never made it there. Tracking showed it was scanned at the post office after that no trace. I shared my experience on Nextdoor, I was amazed how many people had similar experience.
Bunch of thieves work there was a common comment.
Not sure why authorities are not taking any action at this dangerous location.
Will be talking to someone today at the courthouse. Shame on USPS.

Package was signed for by a stranger during closed hours at this facility and has been missing since. I also know of several others who also had the same thing happen to them, and that someone at this facility is signing for these packages and keeping them.
If this happened to you, please file a police report with your local constable and file to USPS Inspection Service as well. This will help catch whoever is behind this and put an end to the theft or mishandling.

They have employees stealing packages and signing for them being delivered at 8 pm when the post office is closed. Mail theft from a postal worker, an absolute disgrace.
