Set up for prescriptions by mail. Got 9 then they started claiming I refused then moved and left no forwarding. Missed critical prescriptions for a month, locked up for them to return to sender. They don’t answer phone and just disconnect when trying to return their call after complaining

The carriers cannot be bothered to put their phone down long enough to read addresses and street signs. Mail and packages are constantly left at the wrong house. No matter how much you complain, nothing ever changes.

Don't come here or make appointments for passport. The employee that use to do the passport process has retired. The nearest is bellaire blvd. This is not a passport acceptance location anymore. Just had a bad experience for coming here.

I hope you reflect on what you're doing after reading the reviews about you. There’s always a pickup request, but they never show up—and then they lie and say they did. Even the supervisors are the same. Lying has become routine for them.

I am starting to think that anyone giving more then 2 stars to this location is sent to boost the score. I just left there and NEVER coming back. Rude and impatient front desk employees. You don’t like your job , QUIT !

Office was supposed to open at 9:30am. It is now 10:15am and they are still not open. You can hear a ton of people in the back of office chatting and loudly laughing and no one has taken a moment to acknowledge the line forming outside

The rudest USPS I have ever been to. They have zero patience for anyone that doesn’t have their shipping ready, give horrid instructions to “help” & they overall sound like they hate their jobs.
