This USPS location is absolutely corrupt. They have been continuously stealing my business mail, especially anything that contains checks. Once they recognize your business name or address, they don’t even bother hiding it—they will open your mail no matter what’s inside. The scheme is obvious: they target checks, alter the payee name, and then cash them. It’s not a mistake, it’s deliberate theft, and it keeps happening.
As a business owner, this is beyond frustrating—it’s criminal. I’ve lost valuable payments, and the hassle of dealing with altered checks and fraud is unreal. I wouldn’t trust this location with so much as a postcard, let alone important documents or payments.
If you care about your money, your mail, or your sanity, avoid this USPS branch at all costs.

The “Quick Service Door” is a joke. 40 minutes in line to get a package(and still waiting). Everyone behind kept ringing the doorbell and not once did anyone come out. I handed them my slip since I got here and couldn’t leave without it. Try mailing your stuff elsewhere this post office is the worst

They never deliver certified mail. I’ve been waiting and waiting. Yesterday I immediately got the unavailable notice when I’m always home. The barcode doesn’t work on the form and I always have to call customer service to get a redelivery. They could do so much better. When I have to go inside the lines are ridiculously long but that’s expected at any post office because they can only work with what they have on staff. I’ve never met a rude employee there just the carrier services have been an issue. In the 9 years I’ve lived in this area, I’ve had items broken due to carriers throwing them over the fence. The renters next door always had dogs. We do not. I’ve had Amazon small packages delivered to the wrong house and some honest people return them. Just let a customer know if you’re not actually going to deliver certified mail that they need to sign for. A few ounces is not going to hurt to deliver it the first time.

Extremely poor customer service experience at this establishment. Despite having a confirmed appointment for a passport and arriving on time, with an infant; I was made to wait almost an houtr, due to a lack of available staff. One staff member (a Black lady with short hair) was particularly rude and dismissive, telling me to reschedule if I couldn't wait, rather than acknowledging the issue was on their end for overbooking despite being understaffed. She clearly told me they dont have anyone to help me right now and reschedulet the appointment if you cannot wait!
However, I want to commend Mr. Reggie Abraham, who went out of his way to assist me. He was polite, empathetic, and genuinely tried to help. He earns ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for his professionalism and support. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience and staff get 0 👎🏽from me.

We had a passport appointment and the lady doing the process was taking long and we had arrived early and I had asked if we had to be in line if we had an appointment and she said no and we just waited for 40 minutes and I thought well if in the application says you can take your photos there why not just take them right there, after a long time she calls us up and we had everything ready and she tells us do y’all have pictures and we were like no and she tells us ‘’ you have to get pictures because we don’t have any film”, I was already irritated because she was taking long and now she tells us she doesn’t have film after 40 minutes of waiting. DONT COME HERE IF YOU ARE GETTING YOUR PASSPORT OR IN GENERAL BECAUSE THEY TAKE SOO LONG

The worst post office visual ever! The customer service is terrible they have a ssk but don’t recommend it to customers waiting in the long lines that they always have no supervisor came out and tried to minimize the line it assist and it was filthy

I went in today to ship out a package for my friend who lives overseas and was in and out quickly despite there being a line at the counter. The woman who helped me was kind and patient as she took the time to make sure my package was in the system and even double checked for me just to be sure! I've been coming to this location my entire life and they have never disappointed me! Everyone is really nice! :)

my passport appointment was for 3:15 and was supposed to only take 15 mins. i waited over an hour just for them to get to me. absolutely ridiculous

My biggest problem here are the customers, not the staff. It seems none of the customers know how to fill out address labels, or secure/tape packages, correctly
