Always miss directing mail saying that they deliver it and it’s not delivered, but it is delivered to the neighbor 6-7 houses down for me… I try not to use this post office and use the one in Sugarland. Unfortunately I have to have my mail routed through this post office. Terrible just terrible.

They are literal liars they act as if they are attempting deliveries and aren’t just lazy no sense of urgency if you aren’t going to deliver the package leave it at the station so we can just pick it up and especially lying about delivering to a business is crazy

Service is real slow here customer service even worst . They don’t allow people in 30-20 minutes before closing time. Even if u walk in there sometimes they will say come back I’m about to go for my break. At odd times please get it together.

Put the correct time, not that they say they open at 7:30 and open at 8:30, what an outrageous hour of waiting.

I got there at 1130 and the sign says closed already even though the hours posted says 9-12 Saturday. there were a lot of people still lined up outside. Last time I got there on a Saturday it was 11:50 and it was also closed and they were turning away customers even for just prepaid drop offs.
They used to be great and courteous and professional before with the older employees . A bunch of them retired now it seems. They have a lot of new employees now who wants to be out and done earlier so they start locking the door and refusing service before the posted closing time. Online hours also need to get updated!

Terrible service, I have always paid for expensive shipments but unfortunately they serve very poorly. I have been sending from this office for many years due to scheduling issues......I already know their houses and it is a big problem to go there!!!!! They should be nicer because at the end of the day they make good money by not doing much if you have the possibility of not going to this place please look for another office where they take care of their clients!!!!

Diligent, honest, hard-working postal employees are helping the public here.

Called because I was checking on the status of a missed delivery. Ms. Wyatt answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful. She got my information, researched my package's whereabouts and called me back promptly with an update. Awesome customer service and much appreciated! Keep up the great work!

Generally good atmosphere from everyone, I've visited a number of post offices and this is one of the better ones for sure, so full stars! I wish they had one of those drop off barrels where you can deposit large amounts of packages though.

My first time at this post office and was a little disappointed because Google said they open at 7:30 when their sign says 8:30 so, while waiting for them to open I updated the time. John was helpful and informative and helped me cover the “priority tape” I used on my packages. Facility is spacious and well kept.

Does any place open early anymore?? Get up early do get things done and even the Post Office opens late and apparently the USPS can't even update their hours online.
