My first time at this post office and was a little disappointed because Google said they open at 7:30 when their sign says 8:30 so, while waiting for them to open I updated the time. John was helpful and informative and helped me cover the “priority tape” I used on my packages. Facility is spacious and well kept.

Does any place open early anymore?? Get up early do get things done and even the Post Office opens late and apparently the USPS can't even update their hours online.

I have been using this PO for years as its closest to my place of business. It would not be my first choice as the lines are often long. However, with one exception, the staff are usually helpful and polite. The exception is the lady who manages the parcel station. She completely ignored me. She saw me standing, waiting, while she helped another customer. I had been told to talk to her about a missing package. When she finished with the customer, she just walked away. Didn’t make eye contact or say anything. She walked past the counter several times, and just ignored me. About 20 minutes later, the first gentleman I spoke with said “she’s helping you, right?”. NO. He took my paper, about a missing parcel, to talk to her. It transpired I had to go to a different Post Office and that was communicated to me as though I was utterly dumb. What happened to people who care about their job and good customer service? ?

I am an American Citizen, disabled but I do not speak English because I suffer from short-term memory loss, and unlike another USPS office where I have been discriminated against, and made fun of for not speaking English, in this office I have been Treated very well, mainly by Mr. John Varughese, who always helped me with a very good attitude and a lot of professional ethics.

Would rate a 0 if I could.Roshchon has an extremely bad attitude and doesn’t really want to even understand or help.Takes less of an effort to be nice and polite!

John the postal worker was very polite and helpful. I would have gave 5 stars but John had no idea what "Poster 7" was or if it was posted. I looked and found it by the right side (as you're leaving) of the front door. The post office managers should be explaining what poster 7 is to their prospective employees so if "First Amendment" auditors come through they don't end up in litigation over it. Just a thought but again John was very polite and helpful at this location.

Evelyn was really nice and helped me with my Poshmark shipping. There wasn’t a box big enough so she used some scrap paper to wrap the box for me and took time out of her work day to do that for me.

Super bad attention along with racism, I am Cuban and very honored and I was in the line and a lady arrived and they put her first because the man told me that I was not in the line, I told him that his job was to tell me where I was wrong on the line and tell her that I was there first, conclusions they gave me a piece of paper and told me to apply online Terrible attention, never in my life have I gone there
