Never go to this post office. The staff is extremely rude. We went there for passport application and the staff was very very rude with us and insulted us and said to apply somewhere else for passport we don’t want to do it for you. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. IF SOMEBODY WANTS TO GET INSULTED GO TO THIS OFFICE.

DO NOT DROP OFF HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR PACKAGE.I used to drop off here a lot and there is no problem. 12/4 around 2:30 pm I went here to drop off my package. It was horrible, when I asked for a receipt, Darell K Mitchell, whom I assumed was the manager, said they only scan but do not give out the receipt and I was fine with that then he said about the fragile sticker I got but still let me drop off. The next day when I didn't see any update, I went back and he said he had returned it because my label date was 11/29, and overweight, and told me it come back to me in 1-2days, IT NEVER COME. Even though you are polite and respectful, the manager has a bad attitude toward you, he even talks like he threatens you. The package is worth 300$. So disappointed, they need to re-train every employee and manager here.Go to the Beechnut instead

I read the bad reviews and still went there today…well those reviewers are correct.The old black geezer (there is a portrait of him on the wall) spoke to me in a condescending manner regardless how polite I was. When he encountered bad customer(s), he will take his ill-manner on the next customer(s).They can even give you a piece of tape. They’ll charge you $3.99 with tax.Please avoid this location.Go to UPS is cheaper for ground shipping 7”x10”2” sized box for $13.50.

Hours for service is incorrect. I drove an hour to get a walk in passport. The hours for walk in appointments were on the website. When I arrived they said no we changed it. So without any indication of the change in hours I wasted my day because they clearly didn’t want to work. So disappointed they did this without any excuse besides we changed the hours. Then contact whoever to make the adjustments on the website, otherwise it’s just your word against the websites.

The staffs and manager here need to train again. They’re so rude and mean to all customers. They don’t respect their customer at all. If you need anything or any questions, they take advantage on you and yelling, screaming at you like idiots. The black male ( I believe he’s a manager) is extremely rude to customer. They’re running out the priority mail express flat envelope($28.75 ) which I used to use, so I’m asking could I use the regular priority flat envelope but still pay express price instead. He starts laught at me, yelling to let everyone there know our my situation. His face turn angry and start scream “ let I tell you the last time. You can not use that envelope at my location” . It’s very disrespectful, unprofessional, and Terrible customer service ever. He acts like he own that usps location and customer come there to get free stuffs from his family. I hope grand managers can read all the reviews and improve their services.

There's an option to give 0 starts ?? Worst customer service , the laziest people working there went and that guy told me to come back the next day for a passport guess what he didn't feel like so he try to make me comeback another day and when I said you said to comeback today he said oh maybe tomorrow !! Wtf !

Why is the postmaster, directing traffic of the LONG line, instead of helping the post office staff? There was only ONE person behind the counter! This is so confusing and terrible! It’s always like this when I come to this post office. Please send them help or ask the post master to help out when needed!

I recently had a positive experience with the United States Postal Service. The customer service was excellent, and the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to assist me quickly with my request, which made the process easy and stress-free.I was also impressed with the quick service that the USPS provided. I received my package in a timely manner, and it was in great condition. The tracking information provided was accurate, which helped me to stay informed about the delivery status.Overall, I highly recommend the United States Postal Service for their excellent customer service and quick service. They are a reliable and efficient postal service that you can trust with your important deliveries.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this post office and cannot recommend it. The staff in this location appeared careless and unprofessional. For instance, there was a Vietnamese lady who seemed to be hired to assist customers who speak Vietnamese. However, when I tried to speak to her in our common language, she replied in English with a strong Vietnamese accent, and her attitude towards other Vietnamese customers was disrespectful and condescending. I believe that as taxpayers and customers, we deserve better service than this.Moreover, there was an older Black man who did not seem to pay attention to what was happening around him. Once, when I was standing behind a lady who told me to go ahead because she wasn't ready yet, he scolded me with a laugh, telling me to wait for my turn. This comment might have been appropriate for someone who actually skipped the line, but it was clearly not the case here. I felt embarrassed and frustrated by this experience.Overall, I hope that the Director or Manager of this post office can improve their service system and train their staff to be more friendly and helpful towards customers. After all, this post office was built to serve the residents of the neighborhood, and we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

I don't know why they have that type of person working for customer service, but the lady who is at the counter was kind and explained the reason why I couldn't get my passport card, but this gentleman if can call a gentlemen had a very bad attitude

I sent an envelope here in september and it hasn’t been received it is november. I came back and asked what happened to the envelope and the lady at the desk told me she didn’t know and if I didn’t like the service there I should go to another one. I go here because it is the closest one to me. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. When I come here the people working at the desk are always talking or arguing at each other and not paying attention to what the customers are saying. She even said that the place I called to check if it was received to, was lying and that they probably did receive it. If we’re not allowed to make a complaint about the service there are we just going to be told to go to different one. How are they supposed improve their service or have people come back if they just tell everyone who has a complaint to to go somewhere else. She didn't even try to find out what happened to the envelope and only kept saying that they have to sent all the letters or they lose their job and it’s our fault that there was no tracking number on it. But since they are always busy taking with each other they don’t pay attention to what the customer is saying.

By far the best post office I have used! I mail tons of international and domestic packages and this entire team has been amazing for years! They are helpful, knowledgeable and get me in and out in a hurry! Everyone has always been friendly to me! Wish the Beechnut office would take notes from them!

This place always loses my envelope mail because my family never receives any envelopes I send through here, but they get my envelopes for the UPS on Westheimer and Wilcrest. Driving to this post office is terrible as well due to the ramps, they are high and scrape the heck out of my car.
