They refused to give me my package because they said there was too many in the back to go through and find mine. Said the regular mailman will deliver my package today, (ig they had a sub mailman for a few days)but my neighbors are still blocking the access half of the time so that is why I came to pick it up in the first place because they said they couldn’t deliver it to me. Why tell me to come pick up my package then not give it to me as I’m standing right there. I’m expecting a different package today so most likely will receive the that package only and have to drive back to the place to try and pick it up again. maybe someone else will be there that will actually just take a second to look at my tracking number and get my package instead of giving me the run around.

Requested a mail hold online and even received a confirmation… went to pick up my mail today and was told it was never on hold because those things don’t always go through. I asked where could our mail be since it’s not in the mailbox and they stated it was probably all returned. What I don’t understand is why would mail be sent back? If you’re not even following our hold mail request what gives the carrier the idea to send our mail back?

Called 100 times no answer. Sometimes answers just to put me on hold to make it stop ringing. Spoke to someone, said package will be sent out next day, never appeared. Now no answer

reported no mail for 2 days, on 6/16/2025, we approached our carrier on 6/16/2025, he said he did not have any mail even though my informed mail said17 piecs & 1 package. he gave my us 4 pieces of mail , dropped off 1 pckg. very rude, very unorganized, did not put in mail in any of the boxes, just packages and then he left.
called 6/17/2025, was told i would receive a call back, no phone call, and now the phone just rings.

I recently moved within this post offices service area, unfortunately, and I paid for a mailbox key the day of my move in. It has now been 2 months since I’ve paid for my key and yesterday I was told that it wasn’t “put in the book”, which I’ve already been told by 3 other employees. So if everybody knows is hasn’t been put in the damn book, WHY ISNT ANYBODY PUTTING IT IN THE BOOK?! I will be requesting a refund and simply opening an P.O. Box for future mail. And most times I go up there to talk with someone about, I’m up there for hours ringing a door bell that nobody ever responds to. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN, or do better with the management, simple.
UPDATE: it’s June 6th and these incompetent ass people have changed my mailbox key without me even asking. An older man knocked on my door to let me know but was getting back into his vehicle once I answered so who knows if I would’ve known this information if I would’ve took too long for him. Anyways, I go up to the post office because for whatever reason their idiotic brains didn’t tell them to BRING ME MY DAMN KEY! So I make it to the post office or and some rude old lady is yelling at me for ringing the bell once every 60 seconds but I’m in the middle of doing homework before I head to work and have had to drive 10 minutes up here to play with yall about a damn key I didn’t ask for. But took yall slow asses 2 months to make my key when I DID ask for it. Y’all need to quit and go work fast food if you’re not competent enough to work at the post office. Did everybody drop out early or what? Cause everybody seems damn dumb.

if i could give this post office a 0 i would. the worst. my mail is on informed delivery and it never comes especially my magazines. on packages that are tracked they don’t come and are marked that i picked them up when it didn’t happen. fraud. needs to be investigated

two packages in two days have been “delivered” and are not in my mailbox. my roommate is missing a package as well. this has been ongoing for several months now. yesterdays package was delivered around 9:30pm and todays was delivered around 6:20pm. both packages are missing.

I've been calling for 2 straight hours no one has answered I have out of state packages being returned by mail men Instead of leaving notices to pick up at postal office this is very inconvenient

The WORST USPS place on earth....horrendous people treat...if you need to pick up your item on the outside door you will be waiting loooooooong time ...even though there's 3 people in front of you...NO SENSE of urgency regards flowing the line....stay away..

Great experience. This was my first time at this location and the staff was super nice and didn't make me wait when there was no line. Prices were great, they have options. Gift cards are available to purchase and activate and greeting cards are on display. Keep up the great work.

The absolute worst postal office in all of Houston and surrounding areas. There is literally no customer service. At the moment of this review I’ve been waiting over an hour to pick up certified mail and have not been acknowledged all while hearing laughter behind the door. They don’t deserve any stars.
