I have to give them one start, I have no choice to give them 0, This people don't now what they are doing, they lost 3 of my packages, in two days, they marked packages as delivered, but packages never got to my hands. I went to their location next day in the morning to report the first two packages as undelivered, they said probably package was left on the wrong box or got lost, how can you tell me they are lost when mail man marked them as delivered and box can not be open without a key?They took my info, to try to find my packages, I'm sure they didn't even bother to check where packages were, what they did, was to leave info they took from me on my mail box, that tells me everything, following day, I reported the 3er package as lost, they advice to file a claim online, I did, is been more than a week, I did not hear from them neither my packages.Whoever the manager is as this location, is doing a terrible job, they are so disorganize and careless. Very sad and frustrating the services we received from postal services :(

I rescheduled my package to be delivered per the list of options USPS gave me; of course they did not make the delivery on the date I selected. I took off from my job to ensure I was home to sign for my package.Currently here to pick up my package. I hear people working in the back, but when I ring the bell no one comes to the door. Took me 10 minutes to get my package. I totally understand working in public service is hard and majority of the decisions made come from the top, but the attitudes and not doing your job in a timely manner is unacceptable. If this were a post office in River Oaks or Memorial I guarantee those attitudes would be different.

They have a lady with a horrible 27 piece wig. She is suppose to be in charge but has no idea what’s going on I call her the Suit lady. She will say one thing and the lady in the back with short dreads will say she is lying when she walks away. The lady with the thin fake twist will take your hold mail form and loose it *twice. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU can avoid. I am from out of state have been here close to two months and still have no access to my mail. They have been putting it in a box that I don’t have access too but the previous tenant does. So I put in a hold mail form the first time they said they didn’t have it so I put it in again and gave it to the lady with the thin twist while the manager went in the back and gave me a STACK of mail. It wasn’t until I arrived home that I realized none of the mail was mine or going to my address. That also has to be a crime. I advised them I had important documents coming and I would pick them up at the counter. Only to return and find out they were placed in the box. The box I still don’t have keys too, so you would think when she sent the mail man back to get the mail it would be there right NO. The previous tenant still had access to the box because the keys weren’t changed and I assumed while coming to get their mail they picked up mine. However again I’m from out of state and these were things like my birth certificate and social. This Post office knowingly gave my documents to someone else knowing they weren’t me. Then suit lady after assuring me my keys would be in for sure a week ago and who personally handled my second hold mail form. She is also who handed me the stack of mail that didn’t belong to me. Anyway when I went back this week to get the keys after I was promised for the 4th time they would for sure be here. I was told after waiting for an hour and a half and being the 2nd person in the line. Short dreads comes to the door and it had an attitude with that attitude she said they had no hold mail request and my keys were not in. So I asked to speak with suit lady. Suit lady told me she can control the man with the locks “which is her job” and also said she didn’t see my problem with the mail being put in the box. Even after the man called back and advised her there was no more mail in the box. Thin twist chose to lock and guard the door and both of them laughed while I expressed my frustration on the matter. I have now had to place a fraud alert on my credit and change all of my accounts. Have them mailed to my home state and then have them fed exd to me because they seem to be the only delivery service that can get my things to my front door. Let alone the box I paid for and STILL don’t have access to.

Such a sad situation. The lady at the front desk was nice, polite and fast… I went there for something that needs an additional step.. I was directed to next step and was told somebody would be there to help.. 25 mins and several beeps later we are still waiting for this magical door to open. We have a big line forming and nobody knows what to do…This would be a prime example why usps need to be privatized and run by a private entity.More updates to follow… let’s see if this door will ever open or I’ll lose patience and leaveUpdate: so it finally opened just around 35-40 mins. And not so surprisingly, most of the people in line were waiting for a certain thing and they were on back order.. nice. Waiting all this while to hear, we don’t have it now, come back later..Simple Solution :Print and Stick specific instructions at the door,1. like “the door opens at the top of the hour during business hours”. This way the customer knows what to expect.2. like “we are on back order for this item, come back and check on it by this date”. This way the customer doesn’t stand there waiting for an hour to hear a not available status.Communication is a powerful tool. Use it wisely and you’ll make your life easy

The worst shipping company. Thank you FedEx, for showing me what good shipping and deliver is supposed to look like. You guys always bring my items on time. While other establishments can barely manage to deliver my package within the same month of the estimated delivery date. USPS is embarrassingly unprofessional, slow, lazy, and disgraceful. I am honestly more and more disgusted with this "postal service" each time I have the misfortune of having my packages handled with them. 0.1/10, worst courier in the USA. This is a complete disservice to all of the citizens residing in the land of the free ?? I would report this company if I could. If anyone knows how, please inform me ASAP

Wish I could give this place no stars cause they definitely don’t t even deserve that one star! for the life of me I can’t figure out how in the world is this place supposed to with the utmost respect and dignity represent the United States government as a post office???

So this is my local post office it’s literally 2 mins away from me so they are the ones who delivers my packages/mail and basically I’m still waiting on my package (which is sitting at the post office) because they want to be lazy. I have to wait extra days to get my stuff because nobody worked the shift the past weekend to deliver it which I thought they were open mon-sat but anyways it’s annoying and frustrating because my date keeps getting pushed back because they don’t want to put in the work and that’s crazy to me .

Female mail carrier has a terrible attitude and did not deliver the mail to the correct area (just a few steps away) even though signs are posted and she was informed of the correct pick up and delivery area. She insisted that's where she always leaves it (she was not the usual delivery person) and proceeded to leave without collecting the outbound mail. Horrible customer service!

This place is one of the slowest places I have ever been to. When it comes to retrieving packages from the Caller Door, I think they like to look and see how long the line can get before they handle customers.In my best Charles Barkley, this place is terrriible!

I have been using this post office for years personally. Personal mailings have been few and far between however once I started my business, I use them weekly. Consistently service has been wonderful. No, they may not do alot of small talk or give big smiles but every Postal worker has been professional, helpful and patience through my learning curves. They have made suggestions to help me make better decisions for my customers and today, Ms. Karen went above and beyond to help me ship my package and covered my mistake. It sucks. I went to pick up a package they claimed they tried to deliver but that was bogus since I was home waiting for it,at the post office,I stood in line before they announced I was in the wrong line and had to wait in another line.

I was skeptical to stop by this post office because of all the reviews, but I had a positive experience. Stopped by around 4:30 pm and Ms. Charnae was very nice and helpful at the counter.

The absolute worst. The mail carriers for Brunswick Lakes should be under investigation for theft. There is no way so many people on Next Door have missing packages from USPS. If they aren't stealing, someone at the post office certainly is. Countless packages say delivered and never show up in my box. Ive had several Nike boxes arrive to me opened as if someone looked to see what was in them. Luckily for me they were toddler shoes so no use to a grown man/woman. Im sure some items end up in the wrong box but you cant trust people to give your stuff back. Sad you can't trust anyone or anything these days. That location really needs to be investigated.
