So this location has a new person working there full time and she is wonderful! She is the beautiful black lady with glasses. Ever since I've seen her work there, this post office is just run that much better. It's amazing what one person can do! Packages are getting scanned on time. Lines move much quicker. And people seem more upbeat as to uptight then when the previous lady worked there. Yes, I know the gentleman with the Panama hat sometimes doesn't seem like he has the best customer service, but he knows what he is doing and he will help you. He also seems a bit more upbeat since the new lady started working there too.
The higher ups maybe listening. This location has gotten better over time. They now have someone out in the lobby during rush hour directing traffic, accepting pre-labeled packages, and answering questions which speeds up everything so much more. They also actually have more then 1 person working the front now too! Thank you for improving and listening.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!!! YOU WILL HAVE A BAD DAY AFTER THE SERVICE YOU GET HERE!! If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The worst post office I have ever been to and it sucks b/c this one is right next to my business. There is always long lines and only 1 person working the front most of the time. The workers at this location seem miserable that they are there.
I tried to drop off 10 packages today and the lady behind the counter (African-American lady, short hair, reading glasses, has been working there for some time now, was not able to get her name) reads the return address and tells me that I have to drop the packages off at the USPS location that services my zip code. Mind you I have dropped off packages at this location before without any problems and to the same lady. I attempted to tell her that this was weird b/c I have dropped off packages here before with the same return address numerous times before. She tells me it is not weird and she would not accept the packages. I have never heard or experienced a post office not accepting packages b/c the return address was not within the boundary they serve. And this location is right next to my business!
Also,there is even a note at the front of the line saying the workers there appreciate a smile and a thank you from their customers. When it was my turn, I smiled, said hello, and asked her how she was. She never once smiled. She never smiles. I always remember her bc she always seems miserable.
I've had bad experiences with this location before where I've waited 30-60 minutes just to drop off packages and get my scan sheet scanned when 1 worker is working the front and there are like 10 people in line. You see other postal workers there and hear them talking, but they don't care if there is 1 person or 10 people, they just don't care and won't help you.
I went to the one on 6500 DeMoss Drive and automatically you can see the difference in the workers attitudes. Everyone at the DeMoss location was smiling and they had 3 people working the front with 1 person working the line to see if anyone is just picking or dropping off packages. This is how it should be done. It just sucks b/c the DeMoss location is 15-20 minutes away from my business whereas this one (Westchase) is like 3 minutes, but I will now go to the extra mile to go this one just to avoid that miserable place they call a post office. Horrible!!

How is this station still in business? One man working slow af with a line of ten people! I dropped off my prepaid packages and asked for a print out receipt, he says his machine don’t work to print! That’s the post office problem they need to fix, obviously they don’t care about this place, never again!

My great-aunt told me she had a bad experience with this place. The employee was very rude and sassy towards her. Please do work on your manners! Would not recommend going to this store unless you're can manage this issue.

I am very upset with the delivery people because they did not leave a package that I was waiting for today in front of the door of my house, they arrived only at the mailbox and since the package did not fit inside my mailbox, they did not search my apartment, they only left a note that there was no a safe place please do the complete work look for the apartment

Wish I could give 0 stars. I think they all hate working there, so they project the hate onto undeserving customers. This particular location is useless they lose packages for sport i wouldn't be surprised if they're stealing them. Take the extra drive to the next closest location. Tml

Please talk to your distributors who respect the shipments to my mailbox. Last months they tore up 2 of my letters and stole a shipment of money, daring people without professional ethics in their work 😡😡 SHAMELESS THIEVES STEAL MY SHIPPING MONEY AND TO COVER YOUR THEFT AGAIN CORRECT THE ENVELOPE THIEVES THE DELIVERYERS PLEASE TO WHOM IT IS NECESSARY TO INVESTIGATE THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE WHO HIRE DISRESPECTFUL ABUSIVES

This black jerk at the counter should be going to hell I have a three package asking for a receipt and he refused it. No wonder this place got 1.5 stars. that’s disgraced and pathetic.

This was the worst experience in my life. When the person (old man) was absolutely disrespectful and rude with me. He was cutting me off and just left when I asked him to give me a receipt.I wish he will be treated like that in the future.

Worst post office I've visited. Came at 524pm and was told I couldn't put a package in the chute because they are closed. Explained I drove 30 mine out of the way and was told "5 o'clock"... guess I'll drive another 30 mins to use the chute at another location and just never stop here again.
