This black jerk at the counter should be going to hell I have a three package asking for a receipt and he refused it. No wonder this place got 1.5 stars. that’s disgraced and pathetic.

This was the worst experience in my life. When the person (old man) was absolutely disrespectful and rude with me. He was cutting me off and just left when I asked him to give me a receipt.I wish he will be treated like that in the future.

Worst post office I've visited. Came at 524pm and was told I couldn't put a package in the chute because they are closed. Explained I drove 30 mine out of the way and was told "5 o'clock"... guess I'll drive another 30 mins to use the chute at another location and just never stop here again.

My experience at this location has always been pleasant, even when it's busy. The nice lady at the counter is always so polite, welcoming, patient and professional and she always have a smile on her face. I made sure to read her name tag when I went in today. Thank you for your kindness Mrs. D. Burley!

They should hire people who want to work, and bilingual or Hispanic people treat customers very badly, I would not recommend this place to any Latino ?

I saw a lot of complains about this guy. He is indeed the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! His name is Vernon. He refused to answer any questions and the attitude was horrible. When I asked for his supervisor, he said he is the supervisor. I don’t know how helpful these reviews are. It looks like they just don’t care!

Vernon one of the worst USPS employees I have ever experienced. He started yelling at me because he said that they couldn’t scan a package. I politely asked and gave the reason of why I needed this done, He was so upset and began his hateful speech. He must have anger issues or mentally unstable. Will be reporting him and hopefully gets the help he desperately needs.

Lost my package and none of the workers were helpful in trying to track it down. It was a birthday gift that never made it and I paid for overnight shipping.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come to this establishment. The older gentleman in the front would not want to give me a receipt for my drop off but proceeded to give it to another woman of color right after me. I then asked as to why he couldn’t provide me one and his response was because she purchased a stamp. I said “sir I have gone to other locations and they prove proof.” He said “we’ll go on to the other location. You are acting like a child”. This is the worst USPS I’ve ever been to in my life. He was extremely rude and started yelling at my right when I walked into this place. He doesn’t seem to care about mistreating any customers and clearly USPS doesn’t either with all these negative reviews!!!! I walked out with my package and will never be returning here again!

Went to this horrible place to find the world's oldest and rudest man working there. I filled out a form online and he wouldn't take it. Started saying I couldn't have a certain post office box size for a business, meanwhile the post office online had no problem setting it up for me. The man was immediately on a 9/10 hostility with me despite my saying nothing to him. Absolute worst place on the planet.

Came in today to return my SHEIN order & the old guy with the beard was extremely rude!!! This is my first time ever returning something and he was no help and gave me a nasty attitude !!!!!

It is a shame for the USPS by giving the job to the front desk lady who is very impolite and crazy. Without trying to get what the customers are gonna ask she talks and compel the customers to argue with her without any reason. She should be in mental and behavioral hospital to be treated instead of working in USPS … sorry for saying this. I saw her arguing with two guys before me and laterally also argued with me too. One of the worse office of this areas due to this lady

Very rude staff member. He did not want to provide receipt of a package drop off after waiting for about 20 minutes in line. I tried explaining I had an issue with a package in the past which is why I was requesting a receipt. He completely ignored me and continued working on something else he had in his desk. All he said was to just drop it off, that they do not provide receipt for it, and to just take a picture of it if I want.
