I do not recommend this post office for passport services. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance (for Friday 8/22 at 2:30) for my son’s passport. We arrived 30 minutes early, but only one employee was working and the line moved painfully slow. When another employee finally came out and asked for passport appointments, I stepped forward and provided my confirmation email. She claimed my name was not on the list and then told me there was no passport agent available anyway. After driving 30 miles to get here, I was told to come back the following week as a walk-in.
Why even allow people to book passport appointments if there’s no agent available? This was a complete waste of time, very unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

The employee named D. Jorden was extremely unprofessional and rude. He yelled at me without cause, and I believe it was motivated by my being an Asian female. Another person witnessed the incident and even commented that he was the rudest person he had seen, encouraging me to report his behavior.

Associates are extremely RUDE they talk to customers like they are stupid. Associate SSA Jordan spoke to us like we were stupid and kept pointing to a scanner like we did not know what a scanner was including shining it directly in my face. He kept ignoring and overtalking us while we were trying to explain our issue with transferring our address online.I asked why was he speaking to us like we were stupid, he started ignoring me and directing the conversation to my Husband only. He should not be working with the public if he hates his job.

I just had the most amazing time at the post office. There is this sharp and witty guy that has made my day. Not just with me but with all the people before me. He is like a comedy actor, someone I’ve never seen before. Hollywood needs to hire him or SNL.
Anyway, he got his job done, quick and well, and as a bonus just made me laugh and made my day.

Stay far away from this place unless you want to get yelled at for no reason by employees who clearly hate their lives and are taking it out on everyone else.

I had a really unsettling experience with a post office driver today. Their driving was not only reckless but also demonstrated a shocking lack of concern for other drivers' safety. What made it even worse was their behavior—yelling and using inappropriate language out the window. It's hard to understand how individuals who behave this way end up in positions that represent a government service. It really makes you question the hiring standards.

It's always very tidy and quiet, and there's always parking for when I want to drop my cards off personally. I've never interacted with the staff, but the lines are always short or non-existent, so I've never noticed a problem!
If you need a PO Box, there are hundreds. This is the place to go!

The postoffice on unity St or Dr. Sends late mail. MY light bill be late. No postal stamps when they deliver the mail. To tell what time it was sent . Checks missing out of mail.

Horrible customer service I arrived at 9:07am the post office wasn’t open, even though it was suppose to open at 9am. I rung the doorbell 5 times before someone came to the window with an attitude, no good morning, no I’m sorry for your wait just straight attitude. She actually acted as though I was bothering her. This is why I prefer to use FedEx or UPS. Horrible attitude and customer service.

My package was never delivered even though it was marked as delivered. And when I called this out my package was returned to sender.. why would it be returned to sender if I never received it… this is the 5th time and I’m certain this is an inside job and I’m being targeted due to the area I live in… I filed claims no one has gotten back to me.. since moving to Texas usps has been stealing my packages..
Addition/// the sender resent the package it was out for delivery Saturday I sat and waited all day and the delivery driver told me it wasn’t on her truck…. One hour later I received a text message the package was in north houston with a late delivery time for Monday… Monday comes and the package went back to New Jersey please make this make sense.
