Marked my package as return to sender even though none of my family asked for this, instead of just marking re-attempt delivery on the following day. Customer service treats you like an enemy rather than a paying customer. Anyone else having issues with them should file a report to their headquarters.

Awful customer service. The teller named Preston was extremely rude and unprofessional. His behavior came across as discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable anywhere, especially in a federal facility like the post office. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and this location needs serious improvement in staff professionalism.

The worst driver / delivery person.. shes a older girl, “wouldnt consider calling her a lady” would forget to Deliver a “DropBox Key” into my mailbox. I have had my package since august 4th in there with no key given,
Sure enough i catch her outside at around august 15-16. And she says she never saw a package, or Never explained anything in full detail when talking but Making remarks about my body injury instead of the package missing. Lazy People if you do not wanna work, retire and stay broke, or find a job more suitible like a ianitor for mcdonalds.

They need to do a restaffing. The older black woman at the desk is very passive agressive. The short lady with the lil fro has a very bad attitude the only people that actually work good amd respectful is the Man at the desk and The lady with the braids everyone esle deserve to be fired even the white lady supervisor is Unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Mail Truck from Whittington Post Office came to our neighborhood at 2:20 pm on a Thursday. The truck had its back open but there was no movement. I walked up to check my Box at 2:50 pm , and the driver was sitting behind the steering wheel, checking his cell phone. I asked if he had distributed the mail in our boxes - he said “ not yet, I have a few more minutes. “ (must have been on a lunch break)…… He was very cordial and friendly. I’ll go back at 3:30 pm - should be gone by then….

Very unprofessional, always super angry and never helpful. She had someone in there that doesn’t work there being rude and unprofessional. She said that was her “friend”. Regardless he should’ve have been there speaking to me the way he did. When I got up to the desk she threw my package back down and said “what am I supposed to do with that?? I said I’m trying to ship my package.” She yells out ”you have no bag, go get a bag. When I brought up the wrong bag, she yells out “ You got the wrong bag. I SAID GET A BROWN BAG, DIDNT I?” And I was immediately pissed and gave her an attitude right back. I gave her my brown bagged package and she threw it back at me again and tells me that I need to fill out the bag. I fill out the bag. She tells me with the dirtiest, nastiest attitude that she can’t read my writing. Then after I corrected the issue.. she tells me she can’t find the address. And then proceeded with the wrong address. I asked her for a supervisor so they can confirm because I know she was lying, she claims the supervisor will just vouch for her. This is not my first complaint and know for sure she has received several in the past years she’s been employed. Her attitude is disgusting. If she doesn’t want to be there then she needs to quit. I come in there maybe 4 times a year and EVERY SINGLE TIME cherry is there with her classless nasty attitude. I need a call back or an email. I’m not letting this go.

If I could give a negative star review I would the service here are terrible. The two ladies in the front have a terrible attitude and I will never come back here again. No one come here. It is truly the worst service ever.

where you go pick up the mail that they hold it’s a lady there with a very very bad attitude she has very bad communication skills and shouldn’t speak to the public they lazy and don’t like to do there job I’m missing mail and everyone in my apts had the same problem with her they misplace a lot of mail!!!

This is crazy how you come to this post office here never a moment this lady Maggie always has an attitude with people. She never speak always talking smart. Then the young guy just started change my mail to an address I use to live years ago. But the young lady at the window was very very helpful I really appreciate her. But this lady Maggie needs to retire all customers talking about her rudeness sad. Denaa at the window gets a high 5 star ⭐️ me she was very professional and help

Most of the criticism are justified. Nasty attitudes for NO reason from customer service no matter how polite/respectful you are. It’s the tenured old ladies near retirement with nothing to lose talking reckless, rude and carrying heavy shoulder chips. Smdh just know before you go!
