I came to pick up my mail. It says they close at 4PM. It was not 4 o’clock. I wasted my time and gas for no reason. Very frustrated because I had to leave work to make it. I lost money because they wanted to lock their doors during business hours. There were 2 other people that also were there before closing but weren’t able to get in. If you do not close at 4, you should change the sign and alert Google to fix it. I’m highly upset!

Wow!... I was looking for a place close by to get a passport and started reading the reviews of this post office in my neighborhood.... Ive never seen such horrible reviews.. Ive been there a few times and yes they were not freindly AT ALL... if yhis were any other business ...it would definitely be out of business... no wonder USPS is going out of business. In addition ..I have had to repair my mailbox several times due to the carrier slamming the door ... I can hear them slamming all the boxes from inside my house.. they all should be fired and replaced at this location

They keep losing our packages, and they just don't care :)))) seriously, who pays for these guys to work, why do they hate their job so bad to the point that not care about anything beside getting paid at the end of the day 🙏 how many more one star reviews do they need 🙏🙏🙏👎

I don't even know why the usps hires rude and unfriendly people. None of the post office personnel are friendly at all. They're as RUDE as they can be. They're just there for a paycheck.

Since moving to my neighborhood, I cannot count the number of times I’ve had to call USPS to report missing mail, mail marked delivered but wasn’t, file claims for “delivered” mail that never made it to me, deliver OTHER neighbors mail to their homes because it was incorrectly delivered to our address or the most ridiculous- when the carrier delivered all the mail to our neighborhood box but then forgot to actually close and lock the doors, leaving dozens of peoples mail open to being stolen. At this point, I just order everything I can from Amazon. Recently, I ordered multiple items from a new company that I didn’t realize would use USPS. Wouldn’t you know it….the package was marked delivered but never arrived. Ridiculous.

@3:56pm on April 4th, walked into this office to drop an envelope off. The lady who was sitting down working at the time was so nasty and rude. Refused to take my package…telling me it was parcel and I need to added 6 stamps plus to my envelope. I left and went across the street to the UPS store and was greeted and treated with kindness! And the young man who helped me put the one stamp on I needed and didn’t charge me and ensured my mail in the delivery drop. Rudeness and unkindness..no one deserves. But kindness goes along way. Thanks to the young man who helped.

Once again, my package was delivered to the wrong place. It's a custom made item that I can't just have replaced. I can't even count how many times this has happened, and if I could pay extra to NOT use usps, I 100000% would.
