No access to delivery, like is it really that hard to walk 2 feet the the damn mailbox? 5 damn people were home , I was supposed to receive my package for a birthday, whole lot of lazy people forreal .

They locked their doors earlier than closing time. They have their clock 5 minutes ahead of closing time. I guess they're not about helping the community.

How is USPS still in business? So many locations like this one are just terrible. Long lines and no help.

Literally picks up the phone then hangs up. Called about 15 times and same thing just about everything time. You can hear someone pick up mid ring then hang the phone up. So unprofessional.

Super bad service the employees just get angry and there is too much racism just because a lady didn't speak English they canceled her appointment they should put new employees all the employees who are very bad they don't want to do their job so no one wants to go they are very rude I went and they don't want to try my appointment just because I arrived 2 minutes late they feel that only they can want to humiliate people but if no one goes to that place they wouldn't have work they should treat people better but racism is seen a lot they already change all those super bad employees there it's very difficult to make an appointment so that they come to cancel it just because they don't want to help us the boss there has to do something it's not possible that all people complain and never do anything All those who work there are paid to serve the client, not to tell him that just because they don't speak English, their appointment is canceled. I had never seen a place where they treated people so badly. The employees only know how to run to people who are bad here. We are all the same and we want better treatment. One just wants to get his passport. It's not for you to go and they tell you no and then that they don't have to help you leave or make another appointment. That deal is not right For the manager, read the reviews well and change the employees, it is important to see that everyone complains, they should change everything and improve People deserve to be treated well.

Came for a walk in passport application and they said I should have came in at 8:30 to put my name in. Thats not what walk in hours mean!!

Overall, I’d say your experience at this post office will be determined by what you’re looking to do upon arrival. I normally just drop-off packages and need a receipt as proof for my records. Wait times are unpredictable, so I’d recommend arriving as early as possible to avoid inconveniences in the line. Not everyone who comes here is as prepared as you, so keep that in mind. The staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful. I’d suggest these offices have at least 2-3 people available to assist customers/clients since it can be a hassle to get everyone moving in a timely manner with just one person on staff.
