I know it’s not easy dealing with the public 24/7. People are down right rude and definitely not always right. These guys are all busting there tail working hard. They do a great job handling my packages from my business.

I went to this PO a couple years ago and again today. Simple transactions but the workers were very helpful. Showed me different options for cost and arrival times. Today there was hardly a wait. One of the better POs i've experienced

The broken door is open all the time, while AC is on inside. The drop-off box is almost always stuck. Management at this location is really careless. They should be fired.

I wish all post offices were like this one. Truly amazing customer service without attitudes. Even when the lines are long and difficult customers are taking forever, they continue to tell you thank you for your patience and we'll get with you as quickly as possible. This location actually will scan your prepaid labels for you as well. Thank You for the wonderful service you guys provide! You guys deserve a raise!

Great service, always helpful. My PO Box over flows and workers nicely put my mail aside with no complaints. Five years box customer, zero complaints on my behalf.

Please change the closing time to reflect the actual hours. Rushed here to get here before 2pm only to be turned away because they close at 1:30pm.

Drove to get to this location because they don’t close until 2pm and Saturdays, I get here at 1:50 pm and they have the door locked saying they are not letting anyone else in

Excellent service. I was dropping off pre-labeled packages. The lady on the counter help me to scan the drop off form while waiting for the other customer at the counter filling a form. Very efficient service. Highly recommend.

Scheduled a passport appt and we got a call 2hrs before to tell us it's cancelled and their sorry for the inconvenience. The reason "not enough clerks"

Please fully train your staff. To the Asain postal clerk and her supervisor who do not know how to ring up a person paying for a PO Box located in Cypress... a supervisor from the Cypress location demonstrated how all you were to do was press "PO Boxes" and then "National" and follow the prompts from there to look up ANY PO Box in the U.S. The postal clerk was very friendly and professional which is rare...and earned the location 2 stars...but friendliness isn't helpful even the site supervisor is too incompetent to train clerks to push the right buttons on the touch screen POS system.
