You've got to be kidding me! We were just told today by an African American woman with a colorful scarf on her head that they don't have any stamps behind the counter! They'd have to be purchased through the kiosk. What you mean they don't have stamps? I've been buying stamps here for years and years, and just bought a few books a couple months ago! Is this how post offices are now? We can't even buy stamps at the counter? What about all the cute Christmas stamps and holiday stamps and theme stamps? Ridiculous! No wonder all the post offices are closing!

This is the slowest company/storefront location I have ever been to. The people/employees are usually nice but I consistently will walk in to a line of 2-5 people that will easily take 30min-1hr. I usually leave and go to another location if there are any more than 2 people in front of me.
And if you ring the doorbell for service… forget it. It can take an infinite amount of time for someone to come to the door.

This Post Office is open until 6pm, which is very convenient. And every time I’ve gone, the service by the Postal workers has been knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t understand the low rating.

This post office is horrible!! You can honestly never reach anyone on the phone! When you do.. they tell you that they’re going to get your issue taken care of and never do it! They’ve lost my package! I had to go in and then they said they’ll make sure get the issue taken care of… I have YET to hear back from them! I obviously have to go back down there now! Does no one do their jobs anymore!!??

The workers will have 10 minute conversations regardless if there is a line or customer in front of them , they will look at you and continue with there conversation. No work ethic at all

The personnel at Post Office is rude, sloven, and ignorant. They have no clue how to handle the line, and persistently ignore the service door bell.
The quality of service there has dropped significantly since 2000.
Avoid that place if you can.

I emphathize with the other reviews, however I think the people here where really nice
I had to stay for around 20-30 minutes, and I could see how overworked and understaffed they were, while dealing with the ocassional rude customers (whether they realized they were being rude or not)
I think its easy to criticize because its funded by the government (though not that they get much funding to begin with) and we all want things to get done quick, but I feel other reviews are being too harsh.
My issue was a complex and took a while (even the manager had to come and help me) However, though they were swamped with customers, they were still kind and professional and gave everyone all the attention they could

It's 14 minutes after 9, and the USPS office is yet to open its doors. As 6 of us
stand in line, listening to laughter and playing around on the other side is ridiculous. There are plenty of people who need employment. Many would be grateful to work for the post office.
