These people are very rude and unprofessional! Especially their carriers that going to house to house! They don’t wear their uniforms they are always on the phone. They will attack you if you complain about them delivering your mail to someone else address! You can file a complaint the ones in charge back them up! I have video of their carrier being very disrespectful to me and wanting to fight! THE COMMUNITY NEEDS TO KNOW THE TYPE OF PEOPLE HANDLING OUR MAIL!! I will file a report to my local police department! The government needs to clean house! I would not give any star ratings to this post office! FIRE THESE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!

They deserve a negative 1 star. Always late with delivery or losing packages. Very unorganized, usps been getting away with poor customer service for too long.

If I could give no stars, I would. Today I came to the office with certified mail that needed to be sent out via the company I work for. I arrived and there were 12 people in line. I get to the front of the line for Kevin to tell me that I had too many letters that needed to be sent out via certified mail and that he can do 10 at a time and then he would have to take other customers. He also then suggested that I can take them to another post office and that this would be best. In the middle of the transaction he walks away. I thought that he went to get something. After I had been waiting for over 25 minutes, I asked for a manager, Randolph. He then states that Kevin had gone on a break. A break? Seriously? At least the manager knew what customer service was. He was very sincere in the treatment. I have never been treated with such disregard as a customer. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Kevin was great with other customers as long as it didn't require an interruption in his daily schedule....hard work!! Go to another post office. 2hrs and 15 minutes later I am still here!!

Horrible. Got a pink slip went the day after I got it went in said it was out for delivery it wasn’t they lied then my package was sent to different centers for no reason and they couldn’t tell me anything then with no warning not even more then two days going by they try sending it back to the seller actually awful.

USPS overall has failed the American people. Ever since branch is filled with workers Who hate their job yet they’re allowed to sit their entire shift. The fact that packages have to already be pre-labeled and pre-packaged, not including tape because if you need tape, that’s gonna cost you four dollars. It’s ridiculous at this point I might as well go and deliver the package myself. Will never be returning to a USPS location, especially this location.

I was speaking with a lady over the phone and she hang up on me. Rude and bad customer service.
