I would give ZERO stars if possible!! My package was scanned as delivered but I NEVER received it. I feel tje carrier STOLE IT! It was supposedly delivered on Saturday, September 13 but I never received it. I've called, consumer affairs, the postal inspectors office, domestic claims and ive written letters to consumer advocate and post master general in D.C. I was told that because it shows scanned to my address that my claim was denied!!! This is ridiculous that I have to lose my money and my package because my carrier failed to be efficient in their position. I've called the location on Walter's rd and the location at 77067 and NO ONE is helping me or calling me back. My neighbors say this happens all the time amd they give up. I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON GETTING MY REFUND OR MY PACKAGE!!! This needs to be INVESTIGATED!!! SOMEONE IS STEALING and scanning packages as delivered but they are not. Im extremely FRUSTRATED!!!

Tranese is the best. She caught my package before it was sent back to the shipper because the delivery driver could not find my address. She called me and advised me she would hold my package until it got there, which she did, and call me to come get it when it arrived and she kept her word. Kuddos to her she deserves a raise for going over and beyond. Thank you Tranese❤️

I went here for passport services and everything was amazing. Both ladies answered all my questions helped me with any questions I had and took extra steps to help me!!!! 100000% THOSE 2 LADIES NRED A RAISE!!!

1 is over rated if I could leave a negative 10 I would. These people are extremely unprofessional, I been waiting on my mailbox key over a month and then when they called it was on a Sunday, I come up here Monday as soon as they open to wait in line almost an hour, they tell me go to blue window to wait another hour. The usps need to fire this team and start over. They are more concerned about talking to each other than the importance of servicing the community. We are tax payers Gor forbid do your jobs.

I don't get how people can be so rude...If you hate your job so much quit....or how they can make people wait at the door like we hear you back there then you come to the door with your scanner using but won't open.

I have reported my mail being tampered with for years. I spent 300+ dollars for a steel mailbox with a resident side lock to assure my mail was safe since the post office said there was nothing they could do.
Now I am still receiving mail that may appear to be a check opened on the corners. This is the worst I have seen in my 40 years in my neighborhood.

Absolutely terrible. Currently standing in line to pick up mail and it’s almost 9:30am. I’ve been here for an hour. Window says it opens at 6:30am. Have repeatedly knocked and rang the buzzer. Went back to front counter and she said she’s sent two texts but can’t leave her desk so that’s all she can do. Rushing here before work just to stand here for an hour is nonsense. With no sort of updates. I would’ve already left, but apparently this is how they do business so I’d hate to come back and deal with the same thing. Hoping my mailbox key is finally ready but based on reviews, it’s probably not. 0/10

The worker who was supposed to deliver my package today, I guess refused to deliver it.

They returned it to sender even though there is nothing wrong with my address. Fedex, ups, and amazon have no difficulty delivering, but the people at this office are lazy and unreliable. I want to start a official complaint against the delivery driver for failure to do their job.

The only reason there is a star selected is because you can’t give 0 stars. I sent 3 packages from this post office and 2/3 were lost. The agent only put tracking on 2 packages but lead me to believe there was tracking for all 3 of my packages. She was the only one working the desk and had an extremely long line and was rushing which caused me to rush. My package has been missing for over a month with no resolution. I’ve been calling and speaking with different agents one the 800 number and have gotten a different response every time. The number directly to the post office asks you to select prompts but once selected it rings until you hear a dial tone. 10/10 would not recommend this post office.
