This post office I’ve come here for over 20 years, and it will always be the worst!! The employees are very slow, always long lines, and will have attitudes if you ask any questions!! Save your time and don’t come here unless you absolutely need to but avoid it!!

Why do you continue to open my mail? There’s no check in there 🤣 since you all know my business how much was the toll? I wish someone would have paid for it. I already told my “pappy” that you all keep opening my mail. I thought opening someone else’s mail was a federal offense 👀. Opening my mail without my permission is federal felony called obstruction of correspondence. Be blessed

I’ve been here for years but this is it ! $200 a year for a box ! That’s smaller than a shoe box !! The post office wants $$$ but your failure of service here is a big NO . I get a tracking number and I follow it go in to get it “NOT THERE” for 3 days I go back same answer. Then I go back on 4th day no pkg but I’m trying to mail a letter that needs 1 strip of tape & they can’t give 1 strip maybe 12-14inches long ! No buy a roll $4 or a pk of strips for $2 something. REALLY!!! You act like McDonald’s with Ketchup like it comes out of your pocket ! UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE F U !!

I never get my packages. They always say delivered but never in the mailbox. I only get regular mail. They always deliver my packages somewhere else.

Less than 5 minute wait. Pleasant and professional clerk. My complaint is with the maintenance of the grounds. The property could really use a lawn and shrubbery cut as soon as possible. Property almost looks abandoned. I hope a supervisor reads this post and take action to improve. Thank you!

It’s Christmas Eve and there are NO LINES. The guy at the front desk shipping area was so pleasant and wonderful and he really brightened my day. This is the first USPS I’m highly recommending!!! ☺️

Idk why the USPS service has gone down so badly the past few years but twice now I’ve had a tracked package say delivered to mail box when I was outside doing yard work and not only did I not get my package but I got no mail at all that day and never even seen them come down my street. And there seems to be nothing I can do about it short of selling our house and moving to an area with better service. Can’t get refunds from sellers when the package says it’s been delivered.

I’ve had the WORST experience. Do NOT use this post office for package deliveries. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and ridiculous they are so unprofessional and have the worst attitude. From the delivery driver to the person that handles investigations on complaints. I had an incident happen where the employee came inside my property and banged on my door like it was the police and was so rude basically accusing me that I had a package that was wrongfully delivered to my house. Then proceeds to walk away when I tell her I don’t know of any package and trying to figure out what’s she’s talking about, then comes back and threatens me that her supervisor and the phone was saying the USPS police will be coming to my home, which I responded send them I don’t have a package, she rolled her eyes and walked away while telling her supervisor on the phone in a sarcastic tone that I told her to send them. Then she proceeds to again accuse me when the neighbor walked up to ask about the status on her package. Keep in mind I never received this package, my gate was closed all day and when I got home I checked my mail ( I had two letters) picked those up went inside and left to pick up my son from school and left my gate open, which I normally do not do. At no point did I see any package but at the same time I wasn’t looking for anything since I wasn’t expecting anything. Did they even consider that depending on where this was left someone walking could have picked it up if it was really left at my house? Because who can honestly know if that is the truth, what if they kept it themselves and are just trying to blame it on someone?! Well turns out since they allegedly left it at my address and just because they say so that means I must have it and they do not want to hear what I have to say or even properly investigate the situation. When the investigator Ms. White called me she already had her mind made up on the situation and basically accused me again. I’m very disappointed that they feel like they have the right to talk to anyone and treat anyone the way they want and feel like they can come to someone’s house and accuse and threaten them. Now my neighbor has the impression that I steal packages when I don’t even know if this package was really left in my house. I hope my neighbor gets a resolution for her missing package and I really hope someone does a proper investigation because this is ridiculous. Train your employees better. Be a BETTER person Ms. White. Have a great day and I hope this review is helpful to someone going through the same thing, you are not alone. I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to.
