I had the best experience with this florist. When they realized I played a sympathy order, they immediately called to see if I would like it expedited. They sent me a photo of the arrangement ahead of time, which no florist has ever done. 10/10 recommend this florist!

Exceptional service and care! Would absolutely recommend this business to anyone. Owners, Isabel and Paul, went above and beyond to ensure our delivery was received by the recipient. Excellent and kind communication. Flower arrangement was stunning and very reasonably priced. Would give more than 5 stars and proud to support such a wonderful business!

The best florist in Houston! I recently received sweet flowers from a friend when my dog passed away. Not only was the arrangement beautiful, but the man who delivered them (assume the owner) was the most kind person! I was a little distraught with grief when he showed up at my doorstep, but he said some very comforting words. I believe he personally handled the arrangement and was super thoughtful- adding blue colors for a male dog and made sure it was an extra special floral arrangement. Thank you- you have a customer for life!

This has to be the best florist shop I have ever purchased from. Valentine Florist was very communicative from the moment that I made my purchase. Received my receipt immediately and then a confirmation that they received my order. The very next day, they emailed me a picture of what the bouquet that I purchased looked like. Then I was notified that the bouquet was out for delivery. When they couldn't contact my friend, they called me and was super nice asking me for help to contact my friend. My friend loved the flowers and said they were fresh and gorgeous! Seriously, I am looking for more reasons to purchase from them again. The experience and flowers were spectacular and would highly recommend them to anyone.

One of the best experiences I have had with ordering flowers on line. I ordered the bouquet for delivery the next day. The next day when they were leaving for delivery, I received a picture of what was being delivered. I was able to confirm that was what I ordered. The flowers were great and the recipient was delighted with the arrangement. I will definitely use Valentine Florist again.
