I recently visited the Circle Gas Station on W. Belfort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I went in for a quick stop to withdraw some money from the ATM. While doing so, I noticed a chair positioned right next to the ATM and decided to sit on it. To my surprise, the owner approached me in a rather rude manner and informed me that I couldn't sit there, citing it as store policy.
What struck me as particularly frustrating was the lack of any visible signage indicating this rule. If it truly is a part of their policy, it would be helpful and courteous to have clear signs posted to inform customers. The owner asked me to stand up from the chair, which was already torn and worn out, in a way that felt unnecessarily abrupt and discourteous.
This incident has left a negative impression on what used to be a convenient stop for me. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and I believe there's room for improvement here. Until changes are made, I don't see myself returning to this location anytime soon. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards creating a more welcoming atmosphere for all their customers.
