Staff is friendly, especially manager Hua. Store is always clean and stocked. At night, no staff comes to window to help customers. The gas pumps never have receipt paper and I have had my debit card compromised multiple times using their pump. If you must get gas, pay inside with cashier.

Nice and clean. This place is not crazy crowded. We go here to get gasoline and grab some quick snacks and cold drinks.

They never receipt paper at the gas pump. The owner locked the customers out from coming in to get assistance. Just go to buckys across the street

I live near here and I come here a lot.
The store is always clean, the staff are friendly.
Gas prices are good.
I would recommend them.

Great place that doesnt go against Texas Law alcoholic beverage cut off times. 12pm means 12pm to them, not 11:50, 11:45. The store is well kept, employees are friendly. Some might have issues with the customers, but that has nothing to do with Valero.

Came in for a cup of coffee, and a bunch of Slurpee's, and they couldn't come up with either. In all fairness, the water line for the City of Houston had previously broken, giving the entire city a boil notice, otherwise making the water non-potable. So they didn't have any coffee, Slurpee's or anything else unless it was bottled. Plus, didn't Circle-K used to always have Slupree's?! With the blue dog?! They only have Frostees! I guess it's close to the same thing. They offered a variety of flavors that I'd never seen before. Mango! But they weren't selling those. The store looked fairly clean, and the staff was rather busy and aloof, but the parking was easy.

My debit card info has been compromised twice here in less than 2 months. First time, I think it was at the gas pump but this last time Im pretty sure it was inside the actual store. I came to read reviews to see if anyone else had the same issues and sure enough... couple other people... avoid this store or just use cash...

I remember last time I was here... (Picture of me with face palm) caused me to stop patronizing at Clay/Gesnner Circle K because something plainly wrong early March. I asked a cashier if I can use their restroom because I really really needed it. He said no and gave me 3 excuses. But none of them make sense: 1- someone is in there 2- it's out of order 3- we don't allow anyone at this hour If it's out of order, what is the person in there for? Hell no, I thought. I really don't like to be lied to. I basically took my business to another Circle K store on Gesnner and Hammerly. Night shift crew knew how often I patronized here. My favorite store clerk Billy was not there that day. After this bad experience, I'll move my business elsewhere.
