Please do not come here. The staff is extremely rude, hates there jobs and doesn’t seem to care at all about customer service. There are plenty of other pawn shops in the area that are much better and actually willing to help you. Trust me there’s a reason this place is rated so low. If I could rate it a 0 I would.

We went in no one spoke or anything we was there at least 10 min and others started walking in and we hear welcome in how can we help you but we was already there no one said nothing since we couldn’t get help we started walking out then you hear can I help you and I said no we been in here no one said anything and what’s sad we are regular customers that come I never dealt with those two that was there the black lady and lady with long black hair just a sad day

Today when I was there, I tried to sell- pawn a couple of tools. What a scam. For a black and decker burn saw they tried to offer 40 bucks, and for the Bosch bulldog rotory hammer only 25 bucks. When I ask why they are trying to buy them for so cheap, he said " because that's what the computer said." , really. The only reason they get 1 star is because negative 1000 stars is not a choice. Don't go here, and I did not sell them anything, and l was their only customer in the store. I'm not surprised. They are only trying to prey on desperate people. This place really misses the mark.

When I parked the metal shutters were being closed.so I walked in at 6:58 pm without the item I had,because I wasn't sure if the door was open,as I'm about to get my item I brought,I was told if I leave i wouldn't be able to come back in at 6:59.
Go to the ezpawn down the street.the employee here was to lazy to do his job properly.ill never come here again

Don't come here because if you try to sell gold, they're gonna low ball you. I brought a 14k gold and they tried to give me the price for a 10k gold. The assistant manager looks like he's a long shark. He is the white guy! Becareful going there! Guess what I sold it to another Pawn shop and got more money ? ? ?

Called this place to see if they buy musical equipment, electronics specifically. Told the lady on the phone what I had and they said they're accepting that. I wouldn't be leaving this review if they simply didn't want what I had because it wasn't of good quality, they had too many or something like that. But that's not what happened. I showed up to the store about 30 minutes after my call and was told they are not accepting any music equipment at all. How was I told they're accepting it then 30 minutes later they're not accepting any? I don't get it. This place could be great but their employees have no idea what's going on.
