Absolute WORST pawn shop in Cypress. The employees there treat me and my family horrible! We took my brand new PS5 and they offered us $30 just buy only! Today we took a real Demascus sword, with bone handle… $30 Buy only. I will NEVER go back to that garbage! I was told by a man on the way out “It’s because you’re white”… I can’t believe this but I feel like he is right. This place needs to be stopped!

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star . Tested for gold and karat . They did the scratch and chemical test . The guy asked the !? Manager !?? What does this mean ? The manager took the bracelet with several gold charms , stuck a big magnet to the pile of gold and charms . It stuck , he said fake “platted “ . Got in my truck stuck a magnet to the entire thing . Bracelet didn’t stick , charms -not magnetble . The five loops that attach charms … magnetized . Cut the loops off , took to an actual jewelry store , 18k gold weighing 19.5 grams ..,
