Wouldn’t even give a 1 star . Tested for gold and karat . They did the scratch and chemical test . The guy asked the !? Manager !?? What does this mean ? The manager took the bracelet with several gold charms , stuck a big magnet to the pile of gold and charms . It stuck , he said fake “platted “ . Got in my truck stuck a magnet to the entire thing . Bracelet didn’t stick , charms -not magnetble . The five loops that attach charms … magnetized . Cut the loops off , took to an actual jewelry store , 18k gold weighing 19.5 grams ..,

They never want to negotiate. I always get told no when I take a good working electronic device and it’s frustrating because I just don’t wanna throw away electronics. Don’t come here for anything tbh. They buy your electronics for a cheap price and sell it for a higher price. Imma start my own store where I treat every customer fairly. This store sucks
