Went by just to look and came out with a bunch of treasures! It's very organized and clean in there. It makes it easy to not get overwhelmed and have a good time browsing. The employees are very sweet and attentive. Will definitely shop here again.

I frequently shop at the location on Antonie, but I have repeatedly been denied access to the restroom. It is unfair for customers who support your business to be denied such a basic convenience while shopping. Additionally, the employees respond rudely when asked for the restroom key. My 4-year-old child has a bowel disorder, and I am often forced to leave mid-shopping to find another location for her to use the restroom. This situation is both frustrating and unacceptable.

I will give them a zero I came in here to shop they tell me I can't shop do to my purse.
And I see other people in here with big purse. Why because I'm black? I don't have to steal anything at all. When my mother ask for corporate number no one new English but they knew English to tell I can't shop with my purse.
So why they didn't tell the Mexican lady she couldn't shop and her purse bigger than mines.

I received several half off coupons.. in the mail. I was throwing it away. I decided to use it finally. I know value from working at J C Penneys & Foleys (now: Macys).I was so surprised to find many clothes brand new& still with tickets. Some clothes are worn but so many brand new. It's impossible to keep sizes together, all mixed. Clothes are grouped by blouses,dresses,suits & colors are together. More women's clothes than men's. Not much housewares but, lots of really nice fashionable clothes& great brands. I saw a new beautiful Georgio Armani blouse for $5.00 & too bad not my size. Employees are so nice. I didn't want to give this review. I'm afraid everyone will get the bargains I want. I'm addicted to Value Village.

i love this thrift store!! i always find fun clothes and home items and theyre always at really good prices! the cashier today was super friendly and helpful, she deserves a raise. my only critique is i wish there were fitting rooms!!

This place has become one of my favorite stores! The store is clean, well organized, and has a great assortment of unique items! The staff is friendly and helpful! The store manager Carlos was also very kind and showed a lot of care when talking about the store!

1. Great place that takes care of the community. Got excellent clothes for kids when I was in a pinch.2. Others who comment it's expensive... Compared to what? Retail? What do you expect?3. Lastly, the comment about racism... You clearly have not worked in this neighborhood. People with backpacks march into a store, load them up with merchandise and PARADE out with PRIDE. If people come to steal on the regular, unfortunately, the manager must guard the goods as his own whole he is there. That's his job. Anyone searching for signs of "racism" is sure to find it.
