I am very disappointed with the customer service and work done on our car. We purchased a car from an auction and realized after that it was missing the serpentine belt, not a big deal but since we're not from that area my husband didn't have his tools or a place to do any work that may be needed. We hadn't actually seen the car in person, so we had it towed here at the recommendation of the tow company we used. We were told it not only needed the serpentine belt and the battery (pretty normal) and the alternator. It then turned into it , making a grinding noise, and according to him needed the ac compressor replaced. We were then unable to get ahold of him for a week, and multiple calls and texts went unanswered. He finally answered, and now after 2 weeks we're were able to pick the car up, and he put the new ac compressor in but didn't charge it to make it cold. He made a complete mess in the car. There's grease everywhere, and we aren't sure that the parts he said needed to be replaced actually were bad because the car is still making a noise. We spent $1000 between parts and labor and after getting it back we can see it has bad idler pulley A SIMPLE FIX, AND we still have to charge the AC because he didn't. I would not recommend him to anyone, and I would not bring any business to him in the future. Unfortunately, he is your typical mechanic who rips people off and is dishonest..
UPDATE: We also had to replace the serpentine belt AGAIN because he didn't replace the idler pulley and got grease everywhere it put wear on the BRAND NEW BELT causing it to become questionable at since we've already spent over $1000 why not throw in another $25

I like coming with Luis because he doesn't scam you for being a woman, he tells you clearly what's wrong with your car and charges you accordingly. Whenever I have problems with my truck I come to him. Recommended

I was recommended by reliable cash cars to go to see luis because they have an affiliation with him and my 99 ford taurus was making grinding noises when I pushed on the brakes and my bushings were in need to be repaired. Note that i brought the car from reliable cash cars. He checked my vehicle and told me it was the suspension joints. That may have explained why my bushings were damaged but that was never the true problem. The grinding noise was still being heard when i push on the brake pedal as i drove off. He charged me 676 dollars for parts and labor in total. Some of the money i paid him was part of tax refund. Afterwards i noticed a whistling noise as i drove further. I researched that and it seemed that i needed a wheel alignment which i got done somewhere else. The grinding noise was still there though. He never really fixed that and he ripped me off.
He knew what he was doing by ripping me off because it was tax season. I'm never going to get that 676 dollars back.

I never have problem with Mr Luis. He always honest and will try to save our money from unnecessary part replacement.
