Both attempts to interact with anyone at this store have been met with being redirected to another store without any real attempt to solve my problem. The first time I was attempting to return the Home Verizon Internet router, and was told I needed to go to a different store which turned out to be incorrect. Today I attempted to ask to speak to financial services using the store phone (which I have done at five other Houston locations), and before I was even done speaking I was told I would need to go to another store as they wouldn't do that.Poor customer service from the same employee and I will not be returning to this location.

Brenda was Amazinggggg! I was upset with ATT internet service so I came into the store and was well assisted with care and great customer service, she took care of my needs and gave me Wi-Fi!! Thank you Bre :)

I asked Raquel for a 14 Pro Max glass screen protector. Despite the fact that her store did not have that in stock, she charged me for the screen protector anyway and put a 13 Pro Max glass screen protector on my 14 Pro Max phone, cutting off the camera lens access. When I called to let her know of the mistake and to ask her to replace it, she told me they didn’t have that in stock and knew she sold me a screen protector that didn’t fit. WhenI asked her to fix the issue by calling another store to get one, she hung up on me. After speaking with Verizon customer service, the company is very graciously sending me a replacement via mail. I would recommend going to any Verizon store except the one on Silber where Raquel is employed.

So glad I found this location! Antonio took great care in sharing so much about the products purchased for my new phone. His associate was also helpful with information about the products in the store. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

I have to say that Donnie was able to connect my iwatch to the i family share when no one at apple or Verizon technical support could do so (and we are talking tier 2 ) support. I spent almost 2 days on this project. It’s very glitchy and tricky. Thanks Donnie!

I had an urgent situation where I had to replace a broken phone. The Victra store on Silber took me as a walk in and got me fixed up. Very knowledgeable and professional service. I highly recommend the Victra Verizon stores for fast service.

This is a authorized reseller licensed by Verizon .... our experience was far superior to the company store. The store looks like any Verizon store but the employees actually care and provide service, unlike Verizon employees. Highly recommended.

I went in to this store to get help with a new, persistent and annoying text from Verizon about wifi call3. I got a young, arrogant and snippy salesman who said the same thing has happened with a smart phone and I would have to turn it off and on to resolve the annoyance. He insisted that it wasn't new. I had a smart phone when he was still in elementary school, so he has no right to tell me I am too stupid to know what my phone does. This is bad business.
