Horrible experience with an employee who raised her voice at me. A young African American female with black curly hair was following store policy but I didn’t appreciate her raising her voice at me when I was trying to understand how one store was willing to work with my phone upgraded and using the text pin to authorize my upgrade since Verizon didn’t add me to the account properly but this store I was told it was under no circumstances an acceptable form. She then said there was nothing else she could do for me and just walked off to the back. I was told multiple times if she did trade my phone in without the authorized user in store she would lose her job but somehow bad customer service seems like good job security to her? I wasn’t upset with her in any way but I definitely upset her.

My wife and I had a negative experience with an employee at this Verizon location (I forgot his name, he is a tall asian guy with long black hair). The employee lied to us about receiving a free third line. We came in needing two lines and in the process were offered a third line for free. I specifically asked him "is this a promotion? will I have to pay for the third line later?" and he said "you will never have to pay for it it's completely free". Seemed too good to be true, and it was. Our first bill was for all three lines, we called and complained and were plainly told the sales rep lied to us. We've since cancelled our plan with Verizon and have moved on to AT&T.

Danielle and Jaylen were complete angels when my roommate and I came in to cancel our WiFi. The phone customer service is confusing and hard to work with, yet these girls went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience and we can't thank them enough. Although out of their job reach, they equipped us with everything we needed even though phone customer service misinformed us several times over the next steps to take. This location was a godsend in the middle of our crisis.

Employees just sitting around on their cell phones. Waste of time trying to get some help. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought these employees were hired right off the street. Switching to another carrier.

Customer service was horrible. I asked to have my old bills printed, and they told me they didn't have access to do that after I had been waiting for 30 minutes. Verizon Wireless used to be a great company. I don't know what happened, but that’s why I switched to T-Mobile.

I came into your store and wanted assistance. I needed to replace my dad’s phone and my own phone. I was given Carla. She was very unprofessional . She was on her phone the entire time. She could not answer my questions because she was texting on her phone. She did not even greet my elderly father or me. Each time I asked her a question I had to wait for her to text in her phone and then to give me a response with arrogant attitude as if I was bothering her. It was such terrible service I left the store and couldn’t replace my dad’s phone which was physically broken. He had keep his broken phone. I had to then go out of my way and come to the Verizon store off of shepherd. Overall I had an awful and very disappointing experience

Went there to consult the promotions online. Found that the store has different promotions as compared to the ones online. Friendly stuff.

The WORST sales experience I’ve ever had.
Was talking to the young Asian American man with the glasses and longer black hair. *My apologies I should’ve gotten his name.
Was looking to upgrade my iPhone 13Max and wanted clarification on my current situation and trade in value. Dude seemed annoyed with every question I asked and wasn’t very helpful and almost condescending anytime I asked a question.
He explained I had $200 left on my phone in order to trade in, which is fine but then tried telling me that my perfect condition iPhone 13Max was worth $200. Which is a blatant lie.
I asked what my other options were as far as phones and upgrades were and he made it seem like I was dumb for asking about anything other than an IPhone 16 Pro max.
Not sure what kind of incentives or sales commission they’re getting but I’d give this guy some more sales training and also just some customer service training.
I probably would’ve upgraded too if this dude had a better sales tactic. I will probably look into T Mobile or AT&T now.

They don’t acknowledge you when you walk-in. They don’t pay attention to who’s next in line, they check in a person that came in after you. horrible customer service
