Incredible experience at this store. Aidan was extremely helpful, phenomenal customer service. He understood my concerns, needs and budget. Aiden solved my problems and gave me clear understanding of billing, service and setup. 10/10 definitely recommend.Do not waist your time with trash AT&T or the HORRID provider Comcast X-finity! I stopped by to pick up my order that I paid for and had been sitting outside for 40 minutes because the employees decided to open the store late. Once an employee (that clearly needs a manager to check remind him he is in customer service and hygiene should be a top priority!) was extremely dismissive and decided he would open at 10am. I expressed I just needed to pick up my order and he completely dismissed me and walked away. This is extremely disrespectful and frustrating as I was sitting outside for so long just to be told to wait longer!

Very disappointed with the general manager Mark. I was told I could bring in watch to pair with new phone. I brought watch in to active and pair with phone and was told it would be $30. I asked $30 for what? He stated to help me pair the phone. But I do know it’s to the managers discretion. I can’t believe they are charging to help the customer pair the devices. But my initial visit with Trevor was AWESOME!!

my phone stopped working right after I arrived in Houston for 2 days of business meetings I took an Uber over here, and they were great and got me hooked up on a new phone within 20 minutes. Just be careful they're going to try and put a lot of add-ons onto the new phone but I politely declined the services and they took them off

Verizon’s policies are set to where corporate makes it very easy to draw you in, allows them to under deliver on their service, and very difficult for you to get out of the deal even if they don’t fulfill their end of the bargain. I don’t recommend

Very rasict will never go to this location again! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AS THE REVIEWS STATED!!! Manger & sales rep Natasha was very unprofessional. Definitely will be reporting to cooperate as a law enforcement officer the service I received.

I needed some help with a new phone yesterday that required a complicated fix. Trevor was the person who assisted me and he was so incredibly kind, patient, reassuring, and professional. I was so impressed with his steadfast help and ability to eventually find a solution that worked. It made my day to have an anxious situation turn into such a positive customer experience.

This location is the worst. They treated me as a criminal and not like a customer. My iPhone screen. Did not come on but you can hear the sound. Instead of the Asian guy trying to help me he played with the phone sound talking about how cool it was then he went back and forth with me how he could not help and walked away to make a sell. I asked the police officer to help find the owner and he asked was I OK. I said no then said if they asked me to leave he would have to make me leave. I am a customer that is with out a working phone and no one in this location would help. I have called the insurance company twice to have the call dropped twice. Once this contract is up I will go to att. This is the worst location and company to have a phone with

I went to this version looking to get some questions about my service I'm an openly gay male BTW I been with Verizon for years and I never had a store make me feel uncomfortable like this store did the big body dude with a beard was very unprofessional and just rude
