Came in and was probably helped and extremely friendly service! The young lady helping me was fabulous. My phone kept turning off and she immediately help me with an upgrade and turning on a new phone.

I visited the Verizon store on Southwest Freeway to switch providers and purchase three lines. The sales associate was wonderful, but she seemed new and provided very little information. As a result, my bill was higher than expected. When I returned to address billing concerns, the manager (Mike I believe. Apologies if I got the name wrong) jumped in but was dismissive, impatient, and unwilling to listen. They initially applied a trade-in credit but later adjusted it incorrectly, failing to honor the promised promotion.
I visited multiple times to resolve the issue, but the manager repeatedly sneered, got irritated, and made me feel as if my concerns weren’t valid. It took an hour to get a refund for an overcharge, and on later visits, he refused to help with the promotional code issue.
I would not recommend this location. If you’re switching to Verizon, go to a corporate store—they offer much better service and professionalism.

Rip off SCAM alert!!! This store is NOT an actual Verizon corporate store so any problems here are not handled by Verizon. I purchased a device and noticed afterwards a $29.99 “Set Up and Go Service”. I didn’t understand since I had simply walked in, purchased item, walked out. No “setup” services performed. When I returned to inquire as to reason representative Jimmy O. informed me it is a sales commission charge and cost for getting the item and handing it to me. Non-refundable!! Only buy directly Verizon or corporate stores. This stored owned by Victra a retailer.

We had to choose this store for a pick up after ordering my husband a new phone. The representative who helped us was very kind and helpful throughout the process. He retrieved our new device quickly and went over everything we asked, even covering questions above and beyond the task at hand. He also helped us choose appropriate accessories but made sure to remain aware of our budget as to not just “make a sale” and this made for an already positive experience even better. Even though this location is further than the one located nearest our home, we’re now customers of this location for sure. We hope to see Jonah C. and his friendly service for all our Verizon needs and will make sure to recommend him to our network as well.

DO NOT SERVICE HERE! 6K in damages. Have already reported to the Verizon fraud department. Staff members know how to bypass account owner authority by creating a new account with different account owner with new number linking phone with ESIM card which is possible with the new iPhones 15 and up.

Tony helped me pick out a new phone last night! Offered me a promotion I didn't even know I had and was able to get it in the cutest color! He was very kind and answered all my questions I had. Above all, he stayed an hour later after closing to help me set up my new device! Definitely an asset to the Verizon Wireless team!

I went to this store after a bad experience at another Verizon store and Briza did an amazing job helping me. She was so kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this store and ask for Briza if you want a great experience!

I took my wife to visit this Verizon office at 3817 Southwest Fwy and it is not far from our home. Our main purpose was to move my wife’s phone from AT&T to Verizon under my account for easier control and better coverage. The results were great and my wife was very delighted since the iPhone and her Apple watch work very well. The young girl named Briza G. was very capable and helped us most effectively - thanks!!
