BUYER BEWARE: This is just an authorized reseller of Verizon, not corporate Verizon. I'm pretty convinced they make a commission off every sale they make. I read another review about them pushing the Verizon Wi-Fi routers and that was also my experience. They also tried to push an insurance plan and their accessories on us. If you don't want to be constantly sold to, go to the corporate store on 2071 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77098.Went in to replace our phone and the sales rep ended up changing our plan and added on additional perks like Netflix and Apple One for an extra $20/mo and when I questioned it, the sales rep said Verizon required it. I removed it as soon as I saw it on our online account.

****Do not go to this store. Go to a corporate store***** Went in to look for a new phone case. I have the iPhone 13. Instead of looking for a phone case, one of the associates sat me down at the front and started off by saying they owe me $200. I didn’t know what he was talking about. He then said if I get the Verizon WiFi routers I’ll get a $200 gift card. I said no numerous times. Then he said oh I can get the iPhone 15 for $10 if I trade in my 13. I said yes and then he said since he’s hooking me up and going through hoops to give me the iPhone 15 deal, I need to help him out and give the Verizon WiFi routers a chance. So I caved and said yes. But then I started reading the contract and I wanted to back out and he said oh it’s on your account and it’s too late. So I got frustrated and said I don’t want the new iPhone anymore and I don’t want the WiFi routers. But he said I have to call customer service to get a return label and cancel the wifi plan, which I’ve already done. Avoid this store. Go to a corporate store.

This showed up as a Verizon store in my search between appointments in the area. It is not a company store they simply sell Verizon products. I was there 3 hours trying to buy a new phone, lots of hidden fees, associate waiting on me would not tell me prices just " don't worry I will give you a discount". He gave me wrong information about the phone, told me he couldn't print receipt for my trade in, didn't disclose they charge $40 for transferring info from my old iPhone to my new one. Verizon stores do not charge for this feature. he put liquid protection on the new phone even after I said several times I was going to put a case on it and didn't need it. That was another $120. Big rip off. Don't go to this store, go a mile away to a real Verizon store. Save your money and your sanity.

Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with verizon. I was consistently given incorrect information, the sales rep took 1.5 hours to order me a new phone and then another 2.5 hours to order an Apple Watch and iPad. I had to ask another sales associate to please help him so I could get my items ordered and leave. No one would step in even though he was so clearly struggling and didn’t know what he was doing. He told me he didn’t have any watches for me to look at and that I should just go with his recommendation of the size and color women usually picked. That didn’t sit well seeing as it’s a $500 watch I’ll have for years. He also pushed verizon internet on me stating if I just took it home and plugged it in they would send me a $200 gift card to my email in 24 hours. I told him repeatedly I didn’t want it as I already have an internet provider. Come to find out, he had me sign for it in the rest of the paper work and gave me the boxes as I was leaving. I called customer service to return it as they wouldn’t let me give it back to them in the store and the whole thing about immediately getting a gift card wasn’t even true. I would have had to keep it and start paying for it. I went in today to finally pick up the items I ordered and it took them another hour to figure out how to process the pick up. I had so many issues with my account I ended up coming to the verizon corporate store in Montrose. Just go there. It’s only a few minutes away. This location is only a retailer and not a real verizon store. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and always need to wait 10 minutes for their safe to open to get you devices, in which time they’ll just walk away from you with no explanation and start helping someone else. 0/10

Briza was a very focused, calming presence in a complicated tech industry. She made it easy to accomplish everything we came in for & more. She’s the best kind of sales employee for Verizon & their customers.

Buying a new phone with new phone # is worse than buying a new car. The process is so long. There has to be a better process for us the customer and the Employee for buying a phone. I'm pretty sure our sales guy was high and gave zero cares. Overall was pretty bad.

Isaiah and Mark were phenomenal. We got in there at 7pm and there were 3 people ahead of us but from the moment we walked in, we felt attended to and informed about the wait. Isaiah made sure to walk us through the process and advised what information he needed from us to switch our phones over. We got a family plan and walked out with two free phones and a cheaper line together bundled with our internet. We got there late and the reps didnt make us feel rushed at all. They were willing to stay late and to answer all of our questions and made sure we had all we needed before we left. Store was clean and i could go on and on about how nice the two salesperson were. I highly recommend!

Love this location! Always very busy, but they do a great job of taking care of everyone in an efficient and friendly manner. Especially appreciated Jonah helping me out with everything! He was great! Friendly, professional and super helpful!

Isaiah was phenomenal! He should be manager of this store. He not only was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us, but also to the other employees at the store who had to interrupt him and ask him questions he was kind calm and explained everything to us, and even told us Ways that we could save money.

We had an excellent experience at this store! Notably, BRIA P. was exceptionally respectful, helpful, and patient. She went above and beyond by calling customer care and working through some of the problems we were having. She spent multiple hours with us and never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her at all. If you value customer service, I highly recommend asking for her if you stop by!
