I was completely lied to by their employee, Ace Champagne. I went in for help connecting my new unlocked phone and "Ace Champagne" said he could get me a better deal, even though mine was $380 cash. He sold me a phone having made this promise, and now my bill is way higher. At the time, he even put his "manager" on the phone, who promised to bring down my bill by approving whatever I needed. LYING SCAMMERS.

Do not go to this location if you need help, I went in after speaking with a customer service agent to upgrade and add a line. A gentleman named Nick was there to assist me but clueless and could not come up with any solutions nor did he try to help. Verizon said one thing over the toll free phone number and when I got to this location it was a completely different story…… Inconsistency is a bad look for a company like Verizon

Terrible experience! I went in with a broken phone and decided to switch carriers and trade in my old phone for a new one. The manager (Conor) was friendly and seemed to be doing everything right, but he never completed the trade-in process. Now, I’m stuck with an extra $1,000 charge that I shouldn’t have had to pay with the trade-in. The service is awful, constantly cutting in and out. But the worst part is that for the past three days, I haven’t been able to use my phone for work. I can make calls, but no one can reach me. In just a couple of days, I lost two major projects and several smaller jobs, costing me a lot of money. All of this is because the staff didn’t fully switch me from my old carrier to the new one. I'm just terribly angry!!! People started writing to me today that they can't get through to me

Beware of this location.
We have been Verizon customers for the longest.
We have 5 IPhones with Verizon.
Verizon is a great company, but the employees at this location are truly terrible with the worse customer service.
The employee we spoke to was extremely rude and obnoxious.
The female Mgr, that we know wasn’t there today.
She is very nice, but she’s was not there and The employees are awful.
I’ll never visit this location again.
I might look into going to AT&T, hopefully AT&T will have a better customer service.

This is not a real Verizon store it’s third party. They’re liers and scammers don’t ever buy anything from them here. Made me buy a device and promised to exchange the iPhone color and over charged me

Redesya was REMARKABLE!!! We arrived as she was about to take her lunch break. Before eating, she took the time to help us for at least an hour and took GREAT care of us. An awesome experience!!
