I am a new customer that opened 2 lines last week with Verizon. Now I am completely impressed and surprise with the outcome of the service because I love the cell service. Now the agents in this particular branch are the ABSOLUTE WORSE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD TO WORK WITH!! They are con man. The agent that helped us get started with version was a gentleman named Seville and he is the biggest con man. He told us about the promo that if we trade in our phones we would get a $800 to $1000 value on a new iPhone 15 well that was wrong since we looked at our phone bill saying we owe on our phones. That was the first thing. The second was strange since when getting our phones he then sent us to other Verizon to pick up our phones which was very strange when he as the agent should have done this himself. The last thing was he rushed us out the store at closing when we weren't even done finish setting up our phones. Now my fiancé is at the store and no one is helping her and making her call customer service because they don't want to deal with her. Oh and also we visit the branch yesterday to solve this issue and the agent that was there, didn't even want to help us or explain our issues. Very frustrating and disappointing and my fiancé and I are about to switch our lines because this is unacceptable. These agents should be fired for misleading customers and poaching them in their products.

I recently visited the Verizon store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Redesya. I was blown away by her exceptional customer service! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and plans, taking the time to understand my needs and answering all my questions. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure I left the store completely satisfied. Kudos to Verizon for having such an outstanding team member! I highly recommend asking for Redesya if you need assistance.

My experience was very smooth I switch my two line from T-Mobile with narimene .b she was very helpful and set expectations and helped keep my number and moved everything over two my new phones definitely made my day . And love my new service

I came here with my Girlfriend looking to switch to Verizon from ATT and T-Mobile, and Ace helped us from start to finish. The process was smooth until we went to port my number. It was not Ace's fault though because the Verizon center had closed already since it was like 7pm on a Sunday. He did however keep in contact with me and ported my number over the next morning. He even stayed in contact with me for the next couple weeks to make sure my promotions on our phones were pushed through and approved. I recommend to ask for Ace if you visit this store. I have never had this type of customer service from a sale person and it was a breath of fresh air.

Great experience at this location! They are well staffed with associates that don’t have a problem greeting customers and doing their job efficiently, and professional. Such a big deal these days! Edwin personally helped us and was wonderful. All of the other associates there were also super friendly!

My time in Verizon was a very memorable experience. Re’Desya Brown was very easy going, helpful & knowledgeable of products/service. She exceeding our expectations and stayed later after store hours to make sure we were taken care of. I love the staff at this location they are very outgoing, respectful & chill staff. They are very professional the energy in the room is great and what I like most is they don’t pressure you into purchasing. They show you different options, even tell you about the refund policy in the event the product do not fit you. I would definitely recommend this location and asking for Re’Desya Brown.

Re’Desya Brown is amazing she was extremely helpful with the process of helping me get a new phone which I love . I upgraded from my iPhone 7 to iPhone 14 Plus and I felt comfortable with her service and answering my questions . Definitely shout out to her and I definitely recommend. The other staff is amazing as well very easy going, respectful and great energy.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Verizon's sales manager, Daniel Casanova. Not only was he incredibly unprofessional and rude, but he also engaged in dishonest practices that resulted in the theft of $80 from us.When we signed up for a new plan with Verizon, Daniel promised us a certain monthly rate with all the features we needed. However, when we received our first bill, it was $80 more than what he had promised. When we brought this to his attention, he brushed us off and refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing.We tried to escalate the issue to higher-ups in Verizon, but Daniel was uncooperative and made it difficult for us to get any resolution. It became evident that he had deliberately deceived us to make a sale and earn a commission, regardless of the consequences for us as customers.This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Verizon as a company. I am deeply disappointed and feel betrayed by Daniel Casanova's actions. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with him or anyone else at Verizon, as their sales tactics seem to prioritize making a quick buck over honest and ethical practices. It's disheartening to see a company condone such behavior from its employees. Stay away! ⚠️

Went in this Verizon to get a phone set up for service and was immediately assisted by Zach. He was friendly, informative and provided me with exceptional customer service.I was just going to get my phone set up with a prepaid account, when he explained how much I would save with a business account since I own a business and it would be at a much lower monthly cost than the prepaid account that I was initially requesting. He even was able to upgrade me to a much better phone with the savings. Awesome! :)I was totally impressed with Zach’s customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any of my cellular phone needs.
