Jose C at the Beechnut location was wonderful He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the product. I had anxiety about the transfer of my phone bc of a past disaster but he was calming and efficient. I ended up buying a new watch from him as well as the IPhone 15 and the experience was seamless and pleasant. I will always use him as my rep and will refer others.

Came to the Beechnut location because the Galleria location forgot to do a test call and I had no network connection and couldn't make or receive calls. Yikes?Thankfully Mike B. was here to fly in and come to my rescue. He stayed patient and explained everything of what had happened.This guy need a raise Verizon!!
