I just had the best experience. Juan helped me remove some unneeded lines attached to my account. He called for me and everything, and even pointed out an offer. I’ll be spending over $100 less a month! I was in and out in 30 minutes! Made my day.

The disparity between them and customer service is unbelievable. The employees here are beyond incompetent, so they ask me to call customer service inside the store. Customer service sends me back to my apartment only to tell me I should go to the store and switch my router there. I was already there, but the employee could not even perform this simple task. Im not sure how this place is running or why its running at all.

Normally I hate going to the cell phone store. Most of the time slow and confusing. Not here there was no confusion just clear communication and fully set up everything. Great employees with a smile and very patient

Great sales reps and phenomenal Customer Service don’t have everything I needed but the manager and sales rep that assisted me were so patient , helpful and supportive. Will definitely be enjoying my services and coming back

The entire store smelled of marijuana. Demo phones don’t work as well. Besides being greeted no one moves to help. But overall the odor of the store was strong of marijuana which made us uncomfortable.

A great disappointment for the clients of this company that they have people like Jydalis Santana serving clients, a person with a lack of education and terrible customer service. Today I went because 2 phones purchased in this store were stolen and this lady wanted me to pay the debt of 900.00 dollars and was demanding that I had to buy another phone and another line. You can corroborate the bad treatment with the store's cameras, today's custudio witnessed this bad treatment. People like Jydalis Santana should not work for this prestigious company where I have been for more than 4 years. Their manager was present and was not able to provide me with the attention required as a customer, since there were other Spanish-speaking employees and he did nothing to help me, they sent me to other stores to be attended to by other employees. It is a shame and leaves a lot to be desired that they have people like this serving customers, customer service is not for everyone Yydalis Santana and her manager are in the wrong position. I hope this complaint does not fall on deaf ears.
