Wasay and Talha were very helpful to me with replacing my glass screen protector. Polite, professional and very helpful. Every single employee at this location that we have used for 6 years now has been absolutely amazing! Love our local Verizon crew! I want to give a huge shoutout to Waseb and especially Talia at the Verizon store! These two have been beyond helpful every time I’ve come in. Talia has helped get my kids, nieces, nephews, parents, uncles literally my entire family set up on Verizon. We’re all on a plan now thanks to the amazing service from Waseb and especially Talia.
Talia works incredibly hard. I honestly feel bad, every time I come in, he’s there, always helping with patience and professionalism, but he never seems to get a break. We even noticed that Waseb was recently on a well-deserved vacation… and Talia was left holding it down solo. This man needs a month-long paid vacation. He’s earned it, and then some!
I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because Talia hasn’t gotten the break he deserves yet. Once he does, I’ll happily update this to a full 5 stars. Verizon, please take care of your people!

This was a month ago but this place is amazing! The service was amazing and they were willing to go the extra mile to assist their customers. I was assisted my a fellow veteran name Jonathan Juarez. I was added a phone to my account and he helped me with everything. Very patient and very kind! I enjoyed working with him.

I went in to get a screen protector and it wasn’t put on right the first time. So I went back and Wasay put on back on for me for free.

I visited Verizon needing direct help with my contract and Habib immediately asked me the right questions so that I had everything I needed. All just in 15 mins. Highly recommend Habib and this location!
