Tyler at this Verizon was able to help me to fix an issue in 15 min that 3 hrs at the Baybrook location didn't solve. He was so kind and helpful! I'm sorry I didn't purchase my phone from this location instead!

Andrea?! For someone who has been working at an “authorized” dealer for only 2 years, you would think you would be a bit more understanding or even slightly kind? My sisters have 2,000$ worth of iPhones bought through Verizon and you seem to think it’s more important to sit in the parking lot, yelling at your coworker who is actually trying to help??? than actually helping a customer… That’s wild? Anyone else would be fired. I have had my own line with Verizon for 10 years now. My Mom has been a customer for over 20 years?! If you do the math? 20 > 10 > 2?

Took in a new Samsung watch I bought for the wife for Christmas, I needed it activated to the account. 2 hours later the only thing accomplished was killing service to my cell phone. Some of the worst service I've ever received. Franchise Verizon stores can do nothing to help their customers. Go to Best Buy.
