Will was absolutely amazing! He helped to make sure we were getting the products that were right for our family and quickly helped us through some issues we had moving our information over to our new devices. He is very knowledgeable and a delight o work with. Highly recommend!

Honestly thought about cancelling my service and switching to T-Mobile or AT&T. Will's customer service was awesome and he upgraded me to a new plan. Honestly was tired of dealing with the dry customer service I got from Verizon, but Will was cool.

Big shout out to Rebecca (store representative) and Shaheem (call center representative) for helping me today! Went to the store for a billing concern and these people not only helped me resolve the issue, but were also very kind, patient, informative and detailed when answering all of my questions. They addressed each one of my concerns and explained what they were doing while working. I also greatly appreciate that they did not pressure me into buying anything or try and up-sell me a different plan. These are some of the main reasons I dislike and avoid going to physical service provider stores in general. However, I have to say, the service I received from this particular Verizon store has been the BEST customer service experience I have ever received from any Verizon store or mobile service provider store altogether. Rebecca and Shaheem are the definition of professional, efficient, and genuinely care about their work as well as the customers / client. Thank you both. ?? Somebody at Verizon please give these people a raise, bonus, promotion, or something! Employees like these are the reason I am still a Verizon customer.

Terrible customer service by the two girls at this location , 3/8 @12:30pm , can’t help me activate my new phone line (sim) that I GOT with verizon bc “ You can do it on the app or call the customer service line “ we can’t help you… been with verizon since 2018 and it just keeps getting worse, why hire ppl if they’re not willing to help.
